Myself and several family and friends came to Orlando to celebrate a graduation and this house was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us to sleep and socialize. Jay is wonderful and promptly replied to my messages! Super easy checkin and checkout!

The design and utility of the house and environment we’re just right for our needs. Location was great as well, shopping and interesting walking paths were nearby. Owner was accessible and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this place.

Very spacious and comfortable, was as expected based on pictures and description. Very clean and well decorated and furnished. Would stay again for sure! Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio spaces. Very impressed with the nice laundry room! Great for a larger group.

We loved this relaxing space with plenty of room for our group. Two nice outdoor spaces and lots of gathering areas. Beautiful walking neighborhood and very close to downtown winter park. I highly recommend!

Short morning walks (1.5mi) to campus and Park Ave shops for breakfast. Enough parking for several cars. The outside gathering areas were great for wrapping up the day's activities. All in all a great experience.

This place was perfect to stay at for my wedding down the road. It was in a great location to get to everything in Winter Park quickly. This property is very large and enjoyable.

The property is as advertised! We stayed for 2 weeks and we’re very comfortable and happy with the location and the home. The property is located very close to downtown and there are a number of amenities very close by! We also experienced excellent communication from the property owner. If we return next year we will certainly rent this property again.

We rented this home because we were hosting a wedding in Winter Park.This is truly a lovely property, in a great location for Winter Park and surrounding area. The house was immaculate and is furnished as tastefully as shown in pictures on the website. All of our adult children commented on what a great place it was to stay. There was great communication with the owner and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

My family and I came here during Hurricane Ian. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The host was always very responsive and super nice. The home was immaculate! All you really need to bring is your bags and that’s it. They have everything you need to feel at home. What I truly appreciated was the kids room and the dog area within the home. This will be where I stay from now on whenever I’m in the area. Hopefully next time I come, I will be able to fully enjoy the 2 gorgeous outdoor spaces.

The team met in Orlando for our quarterly staff meeting and instead of going to a hotel we chose this property. There are no words that can express how comfy, practical and amazing this property is and Jay is just a dream.

I have stayed at BRBO properties for 10 plus years, all over the country. This is hands down. The best property I've ever stayed in. We had four couples and two small children, ages five and two. The room that is set up for children is fantastic, little trundle beds, high chair and even a stroller! Stroller! That room has its own bathroom making the family with small children very comfortable. There are two separate outdoor areas that are lovely. I have two 70 lb dogs and I'm always a bit leery of a property listed as dog friendly or fenced in yard. Because my dogs are on the larger side, I like to make sure they have a proper area to potty and be outside. This property had an excellent privacy fence and was set up with dog beds, covers for furniture, even poop bags! All of the amenities are nice, the manager is responsive and helpful. Truly the best house on VRBO!

This property was excellent! The host did an excellent job of accurately describing the property and all aspects of the stay were perfect. Easy check in process, extremely clean, comfortable, and in a good location. We were in town for a UCF football game, and found the property to be very convenient to UCF campus. Highly recommend.

Really great, clean place. We stayed with our 7 kids and had plenty of room/beds to sleep and lots of towels. Great location and easy to get to things all over Orlando. Host was very quick to respond.

This was the best Vrbo experience we have ever had. Every part of the process was excellent from booking to communication up until our arrival. The property was an oasis away from home.
