This house was in a perfect location very nicely decorated and was perfect for 6 people . I loved the king beds in each room. They provided all the amenities you could need. The best part was the golf cart to use. It made it so convenient to get to the local places. We will definitely be staying here again.

WOW was our first impression. Our stay was perfect. We felt safe and at home. Truly a lovely home.

What a Wonderful Place to Stay! As we prepared for our intimate wedding ceremony in Homosassa!!! The accommodations were very comfortable and everything that we needed was there! One of my favorite amenities there is the Mr. Mister in the bathroom shower! I felt like I had my own private spa before the wedding. We had fun on the golf cart that was provided! The full length mirror was perfect to see all angles of my dress! I made a smoothie for breakfast and we grilled steaks one night. The kitchen was well stocked. And, yes, there was a Keurig coffee maker. I wished we would have had time to bring our boat as you can dock it at slip #12. There is room for the boat trailer too! Even though we will have our own place soon in Homosassa, we will definitely stay here again until our house is built!

We loved everything about house. The house has everything you could possibly need. The pool was nice and the golf cart was awesome. The boat ramp was a big plus for us. We can not wait to come back. Close to everything.

Ice Crest in garage to fill coolers. Keurig in master bedroom so you dont have to sneak passed guest sleeping on pull out couch. Master also has its own balcony and a steam shower. Everything was topnotch!

Everything about this property was great! Location was close to local restaurants, the included golf cart made for easy parking. We were able to launch our boat right there! House was very comfortable, had everything you would need. I was very impressed. Check in was easy, house was clean, host communication was on point. Will definitely book again. We had such a great stay at the River House! We were in Homasassa for a long scalloping weekend with friends and family. Perfection! The house is so well equipped, clean, in the perfect location, etc! We loved having the community boat ramp, our own secure dock, and community pool. The location is great for getting out onto the Gulf for scalloping and then heading up river to cool off in the Springs. We picked up some fish dip at the Fish Market, had appetizers at Crumps, and got some ice cream at the Florida Cracker Monkey Bar. We throughly enjoyed Homasassa . Fun little Old Florida Fishing Village. Our host Catherine was super responsive, but everything in the house was great, so other than letting them know we were having a fantastic time, we did not need any help from our hosts. The check in and check out was super easy. The informational house book that Catherine has put together is amazing. And it was downloadable as an app on our phone. It had everything we needed to know about the house, the surrounding area, recommendations, and suggestions. It was incredible. Thanks for everything and we can’t wait to come back !

Beautiful location with boat dock! Very comfortable and cozy home! Our host went above and beyond for our getaway. From the coffee bar with sugar sticks, smores kit, golf cart, ice machine, toiletries, everything! If by chance you forget something, no worries the house is stocked for your every need! We very much enjoyed our stay at this home in a gated community. We brought our boat and were able to launch it and had access to a private boat slip. The property is central to everything in Homosassa and we enjoyed the springs, restaurants, and the river. Highly recommend.

First time coming to the area and this is the perfect location. The property is super clean & the owner is fantastic. I definitely will be back.

We had a busy schedule when we were visiting Florida and every time we came back to this home we cherished the peace and European ambiance. One day when on the 2nd story porch we saw a manatee in the canal! Additionally, when taking a walk along the boardwalk we think we saw a stingray!

Property was as listed. Everything was as planned. Conveniently Located next to the next boat launch. Docked steps from the back door. Clean and comfortable. Multiple pull outs for addition sleeping. There were 6 of us (all guys) and had plenty of space.

The space is expansive with plenty of room and all the supplies you need. Additionally they've thought of a bunch of little things to make a stay even more enjoyable. We took our 24' bay boat and the slip is within sight of the private launch and steps from the house. No issues navigating the canal or river at any tide. Catherine & Grant were excellent hosts. They were very communicative, and when a minor issue arose outside of their control they addressed it immediately and followed up to make sure all was well. They provide a digital guide book with restaurant recommendations and answers to most any question about the house, community and area that you can think of.

We had a wonderful weekend! Property more than exceeded our expectations! Communication from the owner was excellent and made the entire trip very enjoyable and very easy to navigate!

We stayed in the house for 10 days over the holidays. The house had good space, was clean, and very well stocked. The house is on a canal right off the river so very good for boaters. It's also very close to old Homosassa and to the larger business district.

Excellent, My wife was really impressed with the home and all the amenities provided. Kitchen was well stocked, upscaled appliances, lots of dinnerware, etc. Furnishings were comfortable. The boat dock and ramp were excellent. Great access to the river and the gulf. Highly recommend!

LOve the back porch in the morning til the sun comes up. Ac works great. The ice machine in the garage was the BOMB. we never bought ice the whole trip. Well stocked kitchen. The addition of the laundry supplies and cleaning supplies was unexpected and great !! tissues and 2 ply was a hit. Only issue was the hot water. we all seemed to only be able to take a 3 mins shower before it went cold and that was after the first day when we discovered the hot and cod water were reversed. crazy !! Over all we would stay there again it was the right location for us and our group.

Very nice place. Put in 28' boat at ramp. Worked fine. Ice machine was a big plus. Plenty of parking. New and very clean home.

Everything was perfect!

A big thank you to Catherine for quickly responding to all of my inquiries, it made getting settled in easy. This townhouse is a gem. The convenience of being able to drop the boat in the water just steps from its boat slip and then park the boat trailer all within feet of the back door exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 5, enjoying the kick off to Scalloping Season as well as a family summer vacation with son and grandkids. The townhome offered plenty of room for us all to be able to relax and watch TV after a full day on the water as well as an amazing grill right outside the back door on the covered patio, which we used every night. The bedrooms/baths all spacious and the beds super comfy there’s even a bonus balcony off the master suite which provided a nice quiet space to enjoy Morning coffee overlooking the water. This kitchen is so well stocked, it’s a shame I’m not a better cook, lol, could easily host a dinner for 12. Two additional conveniences are the washer and dryer with the products right at your fingertips but the creme de la creme is the commercial grade ice maker in the garage, a total game changer for getting set up for a day on the water. This property gets the thumbs up in our book, so much so, we’ve already booked our return visit for next year. Michelle and Rich

This house had everything we needed for our family of 6 to enjoy a long weekend. The house was well equipped and even had a large ice machine in the garage which saved countless trips to the store and was super convenient. We appreciated the extra parking and ease launching the boat just feet from the dock. We hopped on the boat and were in the river in under two minutes. The grill was perfect and we were grateful not to have to worry about half empty tanks with a direct gas line. The house was very clean and Catherine was very helpful with instructions and questions. We highly recommend Nauti time restaurant which is just across the street from the community.
