Imbiss und Supermärkte sowie Haltestelle sofort um die Ecke

Im Nachhinein können wir uns ärgern nicht auf die schlechten Bewertungen genau geschaut zu haben --> diese treffen wohl am besten zu wie auch die weiteren Mängel die da noch stehen.... Die Matratzen sind unbequem, nicht besonders sauber und liegen ohne Lattenrost auf dem Boden der Empore. Nichts für jemand mit Platzangst. Kühlschrank quasi daneben deutlich zu hören. Das Schlafsofa mit dreckigem Laken vorgefunden nicht wirklich bequem und die Straße sehr laut zu hören. Schallisolierung ist agegeben aber wo??? Getrampel über der Wohnung und lautes Schallen im Flur zu hören. Für Allergiker geeignet? Mein Sohn hat eine Hausstauballergie und wir haben erstmal die Schränke abgewischt, Spinnweben und den Dreck unter dem Schlafsofa wegesaugt. Da scheint selten einer sauber gemacht zu haben. Die TV-Sender konnten wir nicht umschalten - keine Fernbedienung für die Gigabox, NETFLIX, Mediathek etc. scheint wohl möglich zu sein.... Kontakt zur Vermieterin endete ohne Verbesserung. Töpfe zerkratzt, Backofen dreckig und in der Küche will auch keiner kochen. Im Bad fehlt der Lüfter. Vermieterin tat am Anfang verständnisvoll und dann lässt Sie einen eiskalt abblitzen. Sie verspricht viel.... Hat uns ihr Wort gegeben die 2 stornierten Tagen zu bezahlen. Leider ist es dabei geblieben! Auch eine Minderung wegen der ganzen Mängel hat sie dann ignoriert! Die Wohnung ist eher wie ein Ladenlokal aufgebaut nicht wie eine Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns so geekelt, dass leider keine Erholung möglich gewesen ist. Sind früher abgereist als gebucht. Von „Luxus“ keine Spur!!!

Very beautiful newly renovated apartment ideal for the family vacation. Many lakes are in walking distance, ideal for somebody that likes bicycle with family or outside activity. Great connection to the Berlin city with public transportation.

Everything was amazing. Stuff was very responsible. Easy check in.

Unfortunately, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment.

Ideal for Family vacation! Bright and comfortable newly renovated apartment in a beautiful location in historical Spandau-Berlin. Great connection to the City Center Berlin and to the Airport with S9 or S3. Wonderfull water experience on lakes nearby.

everything was wonderfull, also comunication with the Host and easy check in instructions.

I loved the appartment and how it is designed! Everything looks clean, the shower is great and the kitchen as well.

It is not in the centre of Berlin but I didn't mind going there by public transportation!

The Apartment is newly renovated. Perfect for business travelers. 3-4 people can stay there very comfortable. The location is great, short walking distance to all grocery stores, bars, restaurants. Highly Recommended!!!

Spandau, is a nice relaxed location with all the amenities, the apartment was about a 15 minute walk to the uBahn in Spandau but you can also hop on the bus to get there. On the way there are small super markets and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was lovely, very clean and tidy overall. I slept really well.

Although good cooking facilities are provided, personally a microwave would be of great benefit, but this is a small issue overall. It was a good base for four people sightseeing, however although 4 people can fit reasonably comfortably, it would be more comfortable for two if spending a lot of time in the apartment.
