New building with excellent facilities such as gym, games and indoor parking. Great location.

Perfect location, extra facilities in lobby

The sofa, as an added bed, was not convenient (too short). The doors to the bath don’t close.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The games room and roof top terrace were great. The pool was a bonus. It was perfect after a hectic few days in New York. Jhanice was a great communicator

It wasn't clear how to get onto the WiFi but once I messaged Jhanice she sorted it out.

Check in involved a multitude of key fobs that ironically were in the apartment.

Timely communication upfront and during the checkin process, excellent step-by-step guide made the arrival easy to both the apartment and the garage.

Hyatus by Pierpont and its hospitality team were excellent. Courteous, accommodating, quick to respond. The building is really quite amazing - with facilities that exceed expectations. Pool, bowling lanes, cappuccino machine in the lobby, movie theatre, Weber grills, 2 level gym, gathering spaces. The apartments are in good shape. Clean and decently equipped. It would work for a longer stay as well as a short one. Close to Yale medical schools and hospital. All in all, a place that feels like home rather than a transient hotel. Would stay there again.

If you can, choose an apartment on the side facing the pool. Will be quieter. Sound does travel to some degree from the unit upstairs - and through the windows.
