Our stay at this property was absolutely blissful! Our Host was so very accommodating. We were attending a family wedding with people coming from all over Australia and to enjoy each other's company at this venue made the three days a wonderful memory. Great house. Excellent location. We were a group of friends staying in Adelaide for the cricket test and this house met all our needs. The house has lovely high ceilings, air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor space. We left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Highly recommended.

Beautifully appointed home in the heart of North Adelaide. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds and linen. Nice outdoor area. Totally recommend. Host fabulous and easy to deal with. You won’t regret staying here.

I stayed at the Sandstone House for 5 nights with 2 young kids and 2 other adults. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had ample space for us and our visitors. It also has a garage at the back which we used to park our car (fits a sedan but not a large SUV). The house is close to a main road but the noise doesn't travel inside the house. The bedrooms are spacious and are pitch black at night. Kitchen has good supplies and plenty of bowls, cups, cutleries. North Adelaide is a lovely area to walk in, with tree-lined streets and easy access to parks, playgrounds, cafes, shops. Supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. The CBD and Torrens River are 5 minutes away. Carolyn was responsive and check in process was a breeze. I do have a few points for feedback and FYI for future guests: - There is no clothes dryer (not a deal breaker for us) - The dishwasher doesn't work as well. Dishes frequently still have food stuck on them. - Should provide a dish drying rack and washing gloves so guests can wash by hand because dishwasher doesn't work that well - TV remote is a bit dodgy - TV is difficult to turn on and turn off - There is no bathtub

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Quality appliances, very comfortable beds and super secure. Will definitely stay again!

Great quiet location well serviced with transport ovals & amenities.

The house was great for our 4 people party (one couple, 2 singles). Lovely location with cafes and shops nearby. Buses to get other places if you need. Host was great to communicate with, check in and out easy. Would def stay again, especially if we had more time to enjoy the property for a bit longer.

Delightful 3 bedroom period home in North Adelaide. We stayed for 3 nights and we were delighted at the well appointed large home.

Gorgeous period home with incredible high ceilings. Bedrooms attractively set up and comfortable. Kitchen very well appointed. Carolyn was easy to contact, gave clear and simple check in instructions. Walking distance from public transport and many restaurants.

Lovely home for our family to stay and enjoy our jam packed Easter Weekend of basketball and all the goodies Adelaide has to offer. Will be back next year for sure!!

Lots of room, great outdoor space and garage!

My Wife and I stayed with our dog Tex and absolutely loved it. The house is perfectly located for cafe visits and shopping trips. We hope to be back again soon.

When we first walked into the property, my sister said, "oh, this is so lovely I could just spend the entire week in here and not go anywhere". Of course we did go out. A lot. Public transport was easy from here, there are lots of pubs and places to eat, and the surrounding area is delightful. The house is spotless, and it was great to find pantry staples and plenty of cleaning products. The only thing we would have liked was a few proper out door chairs. We're a bit old for those high stools, and the courtyard is such a lovely place to sit out in.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property in a great location in North Adelaide. Close to walking/biking trails along the river and restaurants/cafes. Easy walk to Adelaide Oval. Was good to have off street parking as we had a rental car for our stay. The home was lovely and cool with plenty of space for our family to relax. We also enjoyed the courtyard area. We appreciated the stocked pantry with items like milk, tea, coffee, condiments etc. Communication was a breeze and nothing was a problem. We would love to stay again next time we come to Adelaide. Thanks again.

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, welcoming with good size rooms and courtyard for the dogs and garage for the car. It had a well equipped kitchen with a few pantry items. The house is in a great location close to restaurants, parks and a general store.

The property was perfect for our stay to watch the Test Cricket. Providing easy walking access to Adelaide Oval, a good range of restaurants, hotels and coffee shops close by, whilst we enjoyed very comfortable & well appointed accommodation.

This spacious, historic semi detached house with high ceilings and wooden floors is located in a lovely area but unfortunately near a busy road. The front bedroom in particular was noisy. The house was spotless and well maintained. Bathrooms are dated and a coffee machine would have been nice (there was a plunger) but only a 10 min walk to a few coffee shops.

Beautiful home - large, bright and clean with a well-appointed full size kitchen and dining, very comfortable lounge area. Excellent location with beautiful streets scapes, and charming local pub with alfresco area. Spacious elegant master bedroom with very comfortable bed and two further bedrooms nicely done. Bathrooms immaculate. Communication with host very prompt, straightforward access to property on arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house whilst we were in Adelaide. The house was spacious and clean and well-suited to our needs. The location was wonderful as well - very close to the CBD area and within walking distance to the free city bus service.

Tiles extremely slippery in the two showers very dangerous for the aged as my partner is 85 and I am 77 ...Dissapointed with the front of the house looked very dusty ( the apperance) over all not to bad .. needs a clothers dryer....
