Our stay at this great house was excellent. The house is centrally located to shopping, dining and the Beach. It is very well maintained. Bathrooms and kitchen are specious and well maintained. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The fenced backyard was great for our dog to run around. The owner was very responsible to our questions. We will stay again.

This house was very cute and cozy! The location was great a short 3 min drive to beach access. The house had everything we needed and more.

Great location! They have bikes for you to use so you can bike to downtown Venice, bike to the beach, really enjoyed that! Super nice place, clean, really enjoyed our stay.

This lovely home was perfect for our family get-together in Venice Beach. It is located just a few blocks from the quaint downtown area and very walkable to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and my husband enjoyed riding one of the three bikes that were available on the bike paths and surrounding area. Our hostess was always available if needed and she left some very helpful information. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We always enjoy coming to vacation in Venice! Perfect location for using the bikes the owner provided! Had fun biking once we got the bike tires fixed. We had to fix them if we wanted to use them the next day, but that wasn't too big a deal. We weren't reimbursed for that, but we had a great time anyway! If u need a drip coffee maker, bring one along. This house was great for our week in Venice area.

This house could not have been more perfect! There were so many amenities included and we were walking distance to the arboretum, the museum, and Venice Ave. It also included 3 bicycles for anything that was a bit farther away. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need on vacation. The only problem was that we did not have wifi the entire time we were there. The owner was very good about communicating with us but the problem persisted. It was not a huge issue since we did not need this for work or other essential purpose. It was inconvenient as the TV was not available. Despite this we would rent this property again.

This house was exactly as shown in the pictures! There was plenty of room for two grandparents, two adults and two teenagers. The location was great! It was an easy drive to the beach or a walk into town.
