Clean and quiet

We had a great time!! Your home is beautiful.. very homey.. It was perfect for our 1night stay..

We were 3 couples in our mid 60’s traveling up the New England coast. After an action packed day of touring Newport, it was a pleasure to drive 15 minutes to stay at Matt’s house, which is nestled in a beautiful country setting with stone walls and farm fields. The house was very clean and had all the amenities a person needs for their stay, coffee , paper products, towels, etc…. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. We were a party of 6 and I would not want to share one bathroom between 6 adults for more than one night. There was a beautiful outside patio area to enjoy with plenty of cushioned seating. The driveway gave us plenty of space to park our large transit van. One suggestion for the owner would be to put more mirrors in the house/bedrooms to give people more space to get ready/makeup/hair etc since there is only one full bath in the house. Overall, our group was very pleased with this rental and would book it again when visiting Newport!

The perfect place to stay with a family!!

Super easy check in. Really clean! Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to shops. The only negative was the mattresses on both beds. Not comfortable!

Pleasant place to stay

I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience! To start off, Matt was so responsive and friendly! The cleanliness and Matts attention to even the smallest detail did not go unnoticed. The stay itself was nothing short of 5 stars. I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying again in the future!

Nice house, close to the city, enjoyed my stay

Nice place. Very comfortable and quiet location yet close to activities, restaurants and more.

We were in town to watch our sons play rugby for the weekend. The house was perfectly located to where we needed to be. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Matt was very responsive and communicative.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The location was great for us as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Newport but near the beaches. Lovely sunrise over the meadow accross the street. As someone who likes to cook the kitchen appliances were great but the kitchen tools need to be upgraded.

This property suited all our needs. Plenty of space to gather, eat and sleep. Matt was super communicative and available for questions. Downtown Newport is a short drive away and beach is a short walk. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. Great location. Nice walk (only 15 minutes) to Pebble beach to watch sunrise. Beautiful meadow out the front window. It was a perfect view to watch a lightning storm. Cute patio out back. Seven minute drive to second beach. Fifteen minutes to downtown. Very clean. Responsive owners. Room a/c was wonky when we arrived- they replaced it immediately. Great for 2 couples or a small family.We want to come back again soon!

Enjoyed our one night. This place was close to beaches and a short ride to the mansions. Unit is updated, clean, and efficient. There is a unit upstairs.

The owner was very responsive and attentive throughout the process. We were traveling for our son's baseball tournament and had to change our dates a few times. Matt was very flexible adjusting our dates. There was a small issue when we first arrived with the water however Matt was stopping in upstairs and was able to help resolve the problem.

We went to the beach a couple of time and enjoyed Newport harbor area. The location really was ideal.

Beautiful clean home on a pretty piece of property. It was close to walk to a couple wineries. Such a quaint area! Matthew was very responsive to our needs!
