Overall nice place. Beds were uncomfortable, and not expecting to have to take all sheets, and bedding off before checkout. Otherwise would recommend.

We had a small, low key bachelor party for a friend and Tracy’s property couldn’t have been better for it. The backyard was exactly what we were looking for as far as hanging out on the deck, grilling and playing bags. She was also a very gracious host considering one of us locked the door handle on our way to golf thus we were locked out of the house. Tracy was immediately at the house to let us in shortly after I called and made things extremely easy and reassuring for our group.

We visited as a family to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. We LOVED our stay! The location was great, the house was clean and it had everything we needed. It was kid friendly and we enjoyed the backyard as well. We hope to be back again!

Very nice, AC works great everything works perfectly. Steps and handrails in front door need to be updated. All in all was nice

This place is small but perfect for 2-4 people. Nice and close to the expressway. Close to restaurants and other areas in Southwest Michigan

This was such an adorable and clean home. We had such a great time and loved having a relaxing cozy place to come back to on our annual girl's trip. All of the amazing shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump away as well. Definitely recommend. <3

Really enjoyed our weekend in Stevensonville. The home was clean, cute and Tracy was easy to work with. Visited South Haven & St Joseph too. Lots of good restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook & eat-in, the home’s kitchen has everything you need. Relaxing trip.

Cute, nicely decorated bungalow in a convenient location to St. Joseph and nearby wineries. Great outdoor space with a fire pit and grill. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

The host gave me a great first impression through our communication prior to our stay. She was incredibly responsive, informative, and helpful. Because of that, I knew this was going to be a great experience! When booking, I mentioned we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. When we arrived at the house, there was a sweet gift and birthday balloon waiting for us. The house is small, but extremely clean. Everything is just as listed. The backyard is big and includes a fire pit and outdoor seating. The host left s’more ingredients for us, but the weather didn’t cooperate for a bonfire. Instead, my boys got creative with the oven and still managed to enjoy s’mores. We try to get up to the St. Joseph area as often as possible and will definitely looking into renting this property again!

Property was just as listed. Not in the middle of st Joseph but worked fantastic as it was right in the middle (distance wise) of the warren dunes state park and the st Joseph attractions which were both what we wanted to see. Never had to spend more that 15 min in a car to get to a beach or anything. House has adorable back yard on a cute, quiet street.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Even cuter in person. Well stocked kitchen tools. Mattress in the smaller bedroom is amazing. Be aware you have to bring your own paper products and trash bags.

Clean, Sweet property. Cozy with a number of different areas to relax in. We grilled, had a bonfire and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood after a busy beach gathering. Accessible to many lovely beach areas.

We stayed here for the Benton Harbor Steelhead Ironman triathlon and this place was perfect for me and my friends. Great deck and backyard area to enjoy. Nice kitchen. Clean! Will repeat.
