The house was spacious with plenty of King bed suites and bathrooms for our large group of girls!

We had 10 family members staying and this house was exactly what we wanted, enough room so everyone had their own space and very comfortable. I would definitely rent again!

This trip was planned with a month to spare, and this location provided the best spot to stay for a trip to Disney for a few days. The house was large enough to accommodate a large family, and has enough bedrooms for everyone to get some privacy when they need it. It's located close to the parks, and it's easy to navigate around town. One item of contention is the house is so big and can house 15 people, but only 1 trash bag was provided. A few more trash bags would go a long way!

We stayed for a long weekend getaway for a local dance competition at Disney. The home had plenty space for us parents and teens to sleep as well as lots of things to do both at the home and near by. We found the home to be clean, well decorated, and have everything we wanted to be able to enjoy our time away from home for a couple days. Having the pool and the game room was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This property worked great for our family vacation! The space was great! The pool was fantastic! It was close to Disney! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house. The cleaning could have been a little bit sharper but it was okay. We did have trouble with the refrigerator not cooling for the first two days but it finally adjusted. Please read your contract ( the pool is not included and mist be prepaid prior to arrival ). Overall , this was a great house and the neighborhood was very nice.

The house was nice and big with a pool. However pool heating was ridiculously expensive. The fans and lights were not well connected with the remotes. The toilets did not flush well. The bedding was too soft and mattresses need to change as they sag a lot. The place is in a good location and clean with amenities. Not well maintained though.

Real Nice Neighborhood, we felt like we was at home. The house was nicer in person and still have the new home smell.

Home is new, very well appointed and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the pool. We came for Disney and it was very easy to navigate to the parks from the house, only about 8 miles or so.

We had a wonderful stay. This house was absolutely magical. The joy my daughter had upon seeing her room was indescribable. We arrived really late. She was dancing at 3 am and talking about how much she loved the house. This house made our trip extra special. We will definitely stay again.

No so great experience
We were very disappointed in the internet and this had a big impact on tv watching. I called twice about the issue and even talked to the Spectrum repair guy that was there for the same issues with the house next door. No one ever called me back about it.
It was not clear on how to arrive and get through the gate and once we did get it figured out it still never really worked correctly.
There was not enough bath towels in the home. We had to was towels every day.
One of the bedroom fans didn’t work.
Would have liked more basic for cooking.
We would have also liked an info booklet at the house to give general information about the house and surrounding area, like where to eat, places that delivery to the developement,

Beautiful, completely new property! Very clean, responsive to questions, and incredibly helpful! Plenty of space for the whole family; incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Lots of details like game room, bathroom near outdoor pool, color changing lights in kids rooms. My only caution is that when you open the patio door, there is a startling beep or alarm for safety! Just be prepared to jump! Daily trash pick up, but no parking on the street:) 5 stars for sure! Neighborhood amenities are fabulous as well. Couldn’t recommend more!

Beautiful, completely new property! Very clean, responsive to questions, and incredibly helpful! Plenty of space for the whole family; incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted.
