The Penthouse was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location in downtown Stillwater could not be beat. Suzanne was wonderful to work with and even offered us early check in to accommodate our pontoon reservation.

10/10!!! We celebrated two 25th birthdays here over a long weekend. We were able to have all our friends stay with plenty of space. Being a Stillwater local, this staycation was perfect to experience the town as a "tourist". Suzanne was very helpful and accommodating. It will be hard to top this, it was the best time ever!! :)

We stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding with our whole wedding party and it was perfect! So spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice, and it was stocked with everything we could need. The master suite bathroom is insane and was perfect for my bridesmaids and I getting ready photos!

The location and size of this was so absolutely perfect for us! Our sons wedding was at the JX, we rented this Penthouse for three nights. First night we hosted the wedding rehearsal and grooms dinner there and it was PERFECT! Practiced in the private parking lot, grilled on the supplied grill for everyone and no one felt crowded. Next night was the wedding. Both bridal parties got ready there, girls in the master bathroom/bedroom area; the guys in the rest of the Penthouse. And it fit everyone so great! Next day was gift opening and then relaxing. It was perfect! Cannot exclaim enough on how having the Penthouse as our central "hub" for the entire weekend could not have been any better. Communication with Suzanne on any questions we had was quick and precise. It was so perfect. Would rent here again a million times over and highly recommend to anyone needing it like to did to rent this! Even the hairdressers that came said they wanted to rent it for a retreat for their business. It was so great and perfect!

We booked for our daughter’s wedding which was next door at the JX Venue. Many friends and family stayed at near by hotels which were all within walking distance as were many restaurants and bars! It was thee perfect place to pull off wedding weekend! Suzanne took very good care of us at all times if anything was needed.
And the VRBO is exactly how it is presented.

Loved this space so much !!!! It was such a unique place and our whole crew loved it. Close to so many places (within walking distance) and comfy beds and beautiful kitchen. Lots of TVs for my kids who had football on and we loved the pool table. Would love to stay again!

The property was very nice, clean, and the manager was so easy to communicate with. She granted early checkin and check out. Never had any issues, great experience.

We stayed here as a family for a wedding next door for the whole weekend and used the place on the wedding day for the getting ready suite. It worked out wonderfully with enough space for everyone to get ready. We could not recommend this place enough!

Suzanne the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her place is a wonderful area close to everything Stillwater has to offer. Everything was incredibly tidy and well stocked, even providing snacks at check in and k cup pods for our group. I cannot speak highly enough of both the host and her property, would absolutely recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Wow was this a treat as felt the history of the “old post office” within each aspect of the Penthouse. Booked last minute to see my brother and his family and could not be happier. Literally was so easy and set up perfectly. Walking distance to all the cool town stuff. 5 stars for sure! Host made everything smooth and seamless. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic place to stay with our large family ((including 2 children) gathering for a wedding nearby. The space is huge, comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space, large kitchen and pool room. In the heart of Stillwater. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is perfect! Two blocks from the Main Street and walking distance to everything yet tucked away enough so you have a private quiet place to stay. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. My girls and I spent the weekend for my bachelorette party and it truly was the perfect place. We could walk anywhere we needed or wanted to go, the house is INCREDIBLE, and was even better than the pictures on the listing. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

This place was amazing! I had my bachelorette party here this past weekend and it was perfect. Our host was responsive, accommodating and thoughtful! We arrived to snacks on the counter and everything was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the space for getting ready was huge and beautiful and everything was about a block away. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect. It was so cute and made the trip so much more fun. The location was unbeatable and we were able to walk to all the shops during the day and have great bar and restaurant life at night. There was great parking as well. We can’t stress this enough how great this property is! We found an absolute gem to celebrate my moms birthday!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It was clean, plenty spacious for our group of 10, and came equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was an added bonus - the downtown bars, restaurants and shops were just steps from our front door. Having stayed in several rental properties across the US, we all agreed that this place was among the best. Will absolutely be back!

The Penthouse does not disappoint! We had 8 ladies in town for a bachelorette weekend and this space is just perfect. The master bathroom is made to get ready for a night out with multiple vanities to get ready at. The kitchen and outdoor dining area are wonderful and everything is fully stocked. The bedding and living furniture is crazy comfy. Truly an exceptional place to stay that is right in the center of Stillwater’s downtown area.

Such a lovely place for our bachelorette party. Space was large enough for 11 ladies and bonus was extra sitting areas for hanging out. The kitchen was stocked for cooking meals and we were given towels/blankets/toiletries to use. The location is one block off of Main St and plenty of restaurants/bars/things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Would 1000% recommend this to anyone look for a place to stay with a big group. Great location and beautiful property, even better than the pictures! Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party and everyone was raving about how amazing of a find it was!

We rented the penthouse to be close to the Gopher badger race last Saturday morning. We decided to make a weekend out of it before kids return to college and the space was absolutely perfect for our group with four teenagers and young adults plus adults. Every detail was in order for us. We planned a menu and prepared a lot of food at home given the race. However, after the race we were able to take a short walk to downtown Stillwater and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Strongly recommend this for your stay in Stillwater!
