The place was exactly as described. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Short drive to several beaches and lots of great places to eat in town! Jeremy was the BEST host and was so communicative. We will definitely be back! If you are thinking about staying in the area…stay here!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The lanai was large and the pool and spa were wonderful. All of the beds were very comfortable and the house had plenty of space. Great communication with management. Would definitely stay here again.

Owner was a very good communicator. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Bonus were the kid friendly toys and games. We had wonderful family time around the pool and walked to a nearby park for the kids to burn off energy. Highly recommend this home, close to everything.

We were visiting for a long weekend and wanted to stay at a spot that was comfortable and fun for adults and kids. This was the perfect spot!
The house is spacious, cozy and beautiful. The pool and hot tub are great.
It’s also conveniently located to everything you would need and to many fun spots.
We loved it and the kids are already asking to go back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. The pictures of the home on your website were very accurate. My family loved spending time out by the pool in the morning drinking coffee and talking. The pool was an absolute delight everyone spent time swimming. The hot tub was not used as the weather outside was just too warm. The beds were very comfy. Plenty of room in the home for our family of 8 never felt cramped. No one was without a chair too sit in at anytime.The young adults took advantage of the game table and played the game Magic at night. All in all great vacation home would definitely stay again!!

We loved staying here so so much! There was plenty of space for my fiancé and I, our 3 boys, my mom, and our two good friends that came with us. The home is beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Communication with the owner has been amazing throughout the whole process as well. He always responded quickly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! 10/10 would love to stay here again!

Booked a last minute trip to FL and found this property that was within 30min drive to Sanibel Island. Nice house, fun pool/hot tub onsite that was only 2min drive to Publix grocery store. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communications with property owner was easy with prompt replies.

The house was wonderful! Our host, Jeremy, provided excellent instructions for entry and throughout our stay. Everything was very clean, and the amenities were wonderful! Excellent pool and spa, pool toys, plenty of towels, TV's and grill! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Hardly wanted to leave house. Pool and hot tub and outdoor living area were used extensively. 6tvs and 4 bedrooms kept everyone happy. Close to everything. Will rent again next year.

Fun in the sun
Great property with great host. Highlights: Hot tub and pool, mango tree (harvested close to 20 mangos during the week we were there), large pantry, ninja blender, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The host was very attentive and responsive. Location central to many of the beaches and resteraunts

We loved it here! Lovely salt water pool was warm and easy on the swimsuits, skin, hair and eyes. Owner was very responsive and prompt. Beds were super comfortable and all modern furnishings and decor. Wonderful…would definitely go again!

House was exactly as described and then some! Enough room for the entire family...loved the pool, hot tub and the lanai. The couch on the lanai was a great place to take a nap! Excellent communication when I had questions. Would absolutely stay here again!!
