The view from the window of our room was nice. Good overview of the city. The shower seemed new and was spacious. Staff was nice.

Our mattress was worn out, witch made it uncomfortable.

The restaurant and the breakfast were very good.

The shower cubicle leaked water onto the bathroom floor. I feel sorry for the cleaners who must clean this every day.

There was private parking available. Optional breakfast and other dining options since it's within a restaurant. Very well isolated room against outside noise.

There was a smell in the room, not really a bad one but a strong one which wasn't as pleasant, especially to my girlfriend who's got asthma.

In a panoramic hotel the windows in room might be cleaner but can understand it is a difficult job for window washer. Diner was very tastfull. I had a ravioli that was really good. Only the portion was a bit small ( more a appetizer)

There was no air conditioning. In the thirty degree heat it was very uncomfortable. This is an old hotel in need of major renovations and improvement.

Beautiful views - definitely ask for a room with a view (not on the station side). Basic, but perfectly functional rooms. Fine for an overnight stay.

Felt a little outdated and shabby. Be careful with the windows if you have children - they open very wide and there is a sheer drop!

Amaizing panoramic views from bedroom of town and valley yet very peaceful apart from the waterfalls in the river below. Didn't hear any movement from other guests despite the hotel being full. Lovely breakfast room, lots of choice. 10 mins walk into centre. Shops close at midday and reopen about 2pm to 7pm. Tourist info in centre and lots of eateries.

Everything was great! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant during our stay and it was very tasty. Lovely and kind staff. Wonderful area to go out and explore the Haut-Jura and go for walks and runs; loved it

Super tiny bathroom and toilet. Feeling caged inside a mountainous environment (i expected too much perhaps from a hotel in Jura which has such a high grade on Booking)

Location is a pure disaster. My room was smelling super bad, like old tobacco There is noboby at night, to answer emergencies: I got locked outside of my room at midnight (the door closed when I was outside, and the key was inside) and the front desk was empty, nobody to help, I called police / firemen etc... and no solution was found. Finally after 2 hours trying to find a solution, I found a number in the phone of the front desk, the guy picked up after 1 hour attempts and could open my room. It is SUPER UNSAFE AND UNSECURE to run a hotel without anybody to call in case of emergency !!! It is SUPER UNSAFE AND UNSECURE not to leave a phone number to call in case of emergency that is not fire / gas etc...
