The home is in need of some TLC. No dishwasher, issue when there is a larger group staying. Outside lighting needs to be repaired, Hot-Tub isn't maintained. Rooms need to be re-painted and a deep cleaning is needed....

Cute house, tons of space, great outdoor area all close to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP

We stayed with 2 families and 4 kids under 5yrs old. We all had enough space, enough bathrooms and loved the perks like the bunk beds, tire swing, hot tub and fire pit near the water. If I had to change only one thing, I would’ve loved to have had air conditioning in the bedrooms or in the common area near the kitchen. It was only 15 mins from lots of Acadia attractions and from downtown Bar Harbor. We would definitely come back!

The propery is beautiful with lots of things teenagers like! Although, it had scattered wood & random things laying around the edges of the property outside. The house is spacious & supplied with most items needed (not facial tissue/Kleenex). Traffic makes drive to Bar Harbor or Acadia entrance over 20 minutes. The house was furnished very basically with old/used furniture, mattresses & appliances...just enough to check the box that it was there. Pull out couch mattress felt like laying on rocks & bunk bed was a 165 lb. weight limit per level. No dishwasher made it difficult. Although we enjoyed this property, we don't feel this listing justified its very high price & would not rent it again.

Expansive property with a lot of privacy, spacious house for 10 of us, amenities were great and kept us occupied when not visiting Acadia (such as ping pong, jacuzzi, fire pit etc.), well stocked convenience store right next door made it easy to pop over for essentials - we had a wonderful time and would love to return!
