If you are looking for a comfortable and quaint place, this is it! Amenities were spot on. We enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom and retreat away when needed from the group. Communication and updates were well received and we will certainly look at booking again!

The property is very nice, parking the only issue, you definitely don’t want to bring too many cars. Home was comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfortable too. Close drive to downtown Broadway & activities

House was nice - 3 stories. Did have a little issue with an outlet and the property manager sent a service person super quick. Communication was great. Location was ok. A couple blocks away was a bit sketchy, but we felt very safe in the neighborhood. It is a long walk to Broadway/Gulch. I would plan on using ubers. But they come quickly.

Unit has a lot of charm and is very useful for your stay. Other than some maintenance issues that need to be addressed we were very happy. I wish VRBO would allow 4.5 stars (hence our 4 rating). I would rent from this company again.

Clean, convenient and cozy. Nice modern home and easy access. Property manager was good to communicate with and fast response. Great location to 12 South.

Edgehill was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the neighborhood of Edgehilll and the town of Hillsboro. Quaint shops great breakfast and dinner places. A little longer walk than what we wanted to Broadway but very doable, or a quick Lyft or Scooter ride in/back. Would definitely stay in this neighborhood again.

Property was beautiful. Good location. Just far enough away from the chaos. Close enough to 12South, the Gulch, Broadway, Vanderbilt. Place was fully stocked and dog friendly. We had a great visit.

The house was just as described. Was very clean, organized, and had all the amenities that you would need. It was a close location to most anything we wanted, within walking distance to some and a short Uber to others. I had read in previous reviews that the street outside is busy and can get kind of loud but most of the time we didn't even notice it! Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. Exactly as described in the listing! Easy check in process, no issues getting into the house. Having a garage was awesome! Could walk to Belmont!

Unit was better in person than even the pictures. Bunk room on bottom floor with bath and garage access. So nice to have a garage with opener to use. Made life much easier. Appreciated that a lot instead of having to walk around the building. Everything felt very clean. Kitchen is well stocked in the second floor with living room. Loved there was liquid soap in bathrooms and good paper towels in the kitchen instead of the dollar store cheap ones. Beds were very comfortable. Nice linens too. I will definitely rent again. Super close to Belmont and a cute coffee shop next door. My only request is please put hooks in the bathroom. There is plenty of wall space. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

The townhouse met all expectations and more! Very roomy and loved the layout! We were close to everything we wanted to do. In addition, we enjoyed the unique shops and little coffee shop next to the townhouse…very convenient for a quick bite and coffee before heading out in the morning. The host was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
