This was our second time at staying at this unit. It is very conveniently located. The manager is great to work with. We did have a problem arise, but they were on it immediately.

Our stay was absolutely lovely.Everything about the house was inviting. The house was well stocked and had comfortable beds. The home is within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay. It’s a great space in a great location. It’s walking distance to the grocery store and several places to eat in downtown Provo. It’s very close to BYU campus as well. Will stay again while visiting my kids at BYU.

A good place for me and my family to stay. Loved the grocery store being just across the street, being close to downtown and just a few minutes from BYU. It made our stay in Provo while our daughter attended a camp at BYU comfortable, restful, and enjoyable.

Perfect location in Provo close to BYU and city center. Property was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Very modern with everything I needed. The two car garage was nice so I always knew I had a place to park! I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a beautiful townhouse in a great location …. It’s walking distance to some delicious places to eat and the Provo city center temple. Chom burger is right outside the door and I highly recommend eating there it was delicious all around a great rental!!

We visit Provo regularly seeing family and friends. We try to stay downtown due to the availability of everything. We really love these townhomes, we've stayed in them multiple times and will do so again.

This place was awesome! I loved absolutely everything about it. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for a lovely stay. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Provo and would totally recommend it to anyone.

We had such a wonderful experience. From the ease of communication with the owner to the experience of staying in this beautiful property. 5 star all the way! The location is amazing. The property is stunning. Better than the pictures. All the amenities. The 2 car garage was so great. The complex is all new and very nice and quiet. We will be back again! Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

Perfect location in the middle of everything! Beautiful home, comfortable beds, true two car garage. We were able to park 2 mid size suvs next to each other and still open the doors and get in and out. (For reference it was a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and a 2023 Lincoln aviator) we will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Provo.

Enjoyed our stay at this 3-story townhouse. Very clean and contact was extremely responsive to all my questions. Great location ... close to Convention Center, grocery store and easy walking to all downtown restaurants. Perfect for our needs. Townhouse was very clean and spacious. Close to Convention Center and all downtown restaurants. Contact was extremely responsive and we had no issues minus a few basic questions. Quiet complex and having our own parking garage was a bonus!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful long weekend! The house is very charming and the hot tub on the deck offers a spectacular view of the river. The host is very responsive and we look forward to returning during the warmer months.

I highly recommend staying here. Very clean with all the modern conveniences. The Wi-Fi was a little slow & that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect & the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five. We’ll be staying here again!

We loved this rental. We were impressed with how clean our rental was and how responsive Rachel was. The house had a lot of things that we needed for a Christmas dinner. Plenty of space for two young kids.

The townhome was bright and comfy! We had everything we could have asked for in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and every room decorated to style and comfort. The bathrooms were also nicely stocked with fabulous towels, soaps, conditioners and lotions. Every room was bright and airy with lots of windows. The location was perfect for great access to BYU campus, all things Provo, great eateries, and close to freeway access as well. The host was quick to respond when we had a simple question. We will definitely stay here again!
