Fantastic location. And SO tranquil being set back from the road. The pool was amazing and the rooms spotless.

It was just perfect. A beautiful room, all the facilities that you need. We had the double bedroom with two bathroom suite. All just perfect and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, all local products, fresh and delicious. Probably the best breakfast ever! And the kindness of Laura and Maria made it just perfect!

Our 2 weeks stay at l'Agriturismo Il Medeghino was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is spectacular and without exception, the family and staff are friendly and eager to please. The centuries old property was tastefully and elegantly renovated, sparing no detail or expense. Our room was large and comfortable, as well as being full of character, and the overall vibe of the whole agriturismo was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility around the pool area and breakfast in the historic courtyard. Breakfast itself was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately by the cleaning lady.

Not a negative, but just a heads up that entrance to the parking area is quite challenging for larger cars due to steep slope with tight turn. Free public parking is nearby for those seeking alternatives.

We stayed here for a week and we loved our stay. The room was very nice and was split up in two bathrooms, a living space and a bedroom. Ideal for us since we're traveling with our 1.5 year old son. We could put him in bed and still enjoy our evening in the living space or on our own outside terrace. Everything was new and clean, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very complete, everything was fresh and very tasty. We also loved their own made honey and we also bought some to use at home. Overall, a near perfect stay and we would definitely like to return one day :)

We only had one rather small issue but it's not something that could be easily fixed. Since the property is on a hillside, you enter the parking area driving down and with a rather sharp curve. This is still doable but with an SUV or stationwagon you really have to pay attention and take it very slow when exiting the parking area. I guess I only had about 2 or 3 centimeters of space left on each side, you really have to nail the approach angle. To be fair, for smaller cars it will not be an issue and these are still the norm in Italy.

The property was so peaceful. The expansive feel from the view is truly breathing taking. It’s only a 3 minute walk down to the lake.

ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS EVER !!! Everything was perfect. The location is dreamy between the mountains and the lake. The staff, a family, was so welcoming and devoted to give their best to provide us the best experince ever. The place is so charming and comfortable, modernly renovated with so much good taste and perfectly clean. Super welcoming for families with kids. The breakfast was home made, local and so delicious. It was a dream !!! We definitely recommend it and already want to go back again !!! Thank you so much again to the Il Meddeghino family !!! Congrats !!!

We loved the place! it’s wonderfully decorated with a personal and thoughtful touch. A very nice team and an amazing breakfast. The family is really friendly and we were upset to leave, but will surely return. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful, always happy to advise on sites, ferries, beaches and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and even when we had to leave extremely early they were happy to provide us with a fantastic meal. The pool and sauna are fantastic and the hotel is so close to the main sites.

The driveway is rather steep and narrow and parking is a bit restricted, but nothing that cannot be managed.

Everything! the family couldn’t of done anymore for us. Perfect quiet location with amazing tranquil settings. very comfy beds,amazing showers and fantastic aircon . Extremely helpful with sorting taxis, things to do etc. Everywhere was so clean. Will definitely be revisiting :)

could do with some plug ins for mosquito’s in the room as there was a few around at night.

Maria, Laura and the whole family were absolutely amazing. they shelled us with everything including buses, taxis and recommending places to go in the area. every detail of this place makes for an amazing and relaxing stay
