Olía a tuberías y la higiene mejorable, había pelusas debajo del sofá y de la cama. Papel higiénico y jabón de baño insuficiente.

Few details: -no cutting board in the kitchen, - no salt and pepper Suggestions for future: 1. Maybe it will be nice to have normal electric kettle to hit water, 2. It will be perfect to have a beach umbrella and a portable fridge for frozen cartridges 3. Lack of information where through out garbage- plus a possibility of providing garbage bags and toilet paper)

I was sent the code on an email, incredibly easy to deal with.

The people on the sofabed said it wasn't great - but they also didn't think it was bad either. At the price, it was fantastic.

Online assistance not available on Saturdays after 1 pm and on Sundays. They say the service is 24/7. Tell it more precisely

Location, comfort and cleanliness

It would have been nice to have more coffee. It wasn't made clear that there was no physical presence at reception and I couldn't see how to get a photo of my passport onto the booking in page. However the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

the blankets and bed sheets leaves a lot of white strings and stuff on the clothes! and they weren't really soft bathroom light switches were so dirty

Located right in the center of the city, yet very quiet. Spotless and including all the facilities one could possibly need. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely perfect location in the center of the city, within a walking distance of the train and bus stations. The apartment is spacious, freshly renovated, and exceptionally clean. It was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Nice view from the windows. Also, modern and clean lift and staircase. Very easy to get into the property using the door code.

Spotless and Central. Also surprisingly quiet for such a central location. Shower excellent. Kitchen well equipped.

Access code did not arrive by email as expected.. Online booking process very clunky. Took us 2 hours to get access(but it was on a Sunday) which was very frustrating

really central location, close to the main shopping area, and with an array of bars and restaurants on your doorstep; apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher.

The only minus was the fact that you could hear noises from the apartment above, like chairs scraping on the floor, and noise from the adjoining apartment so that my partner was woken by their alarm at 7 o'clock each morning.

The code of the door didn't work when we arrive, and in some moment also stopped working and we had to call for them to fix it. And even if the location was excellent there was no parking.
