This well- loved rental is very near the beach, has convenient 1-car parking, and a true beach vibe- including noisy late night partiers. All the buildings are densely packed together so you’ll hear it all. Bring your chill attitude and enjoy this little little gem.

It would have been great if ALL the window coverings were working - it would have been good if there was more than one days worth of dishes available (washing every night got old) - seriously missed our king-sized bed but the beach is close & local restaurants were GREAT! It WAS AS ADVERTISED

This cute house has that beach vibe we love. Ventura is a charming town and the property is in a great location. The bathroom and kitchen are "old school", but were in good condition, and it added to the ambiance of the place. We wish we had stayed longer!

This property is directly behind a popular restaurant, the Lucky Thai. There is a lot of foot traffic and one morning trucks to service the restaurant and garbage trucks woke me up really, really early. Be prepared. The bungalow is close to the beach but kitchen and bathroom are very small and cramped. The toilet and toilet cleaning tools were disgusting and both should be replaced. The toilet does not flush solid waste down the toilet and needs to be flushed several times, we are in a water shortage!! I wouldn’t stay there again, for what you get it is really pricey. Oh, and the guest is supposed to take out the garbage barrels and bring them back in, really?

All the years going to California, we never thought that the exit to Ventura, would reveal such a perfect little beach town. The location of the condo is perfect. The space is Very clean, quaint and cozy. We could hear the ocean when we would go to sleep at night, which is the best! We definitely look forward to another stay at this perfect little piece of Paradise❤️

This is a cute little beach house. Perfect for a little get away for a couple. It’s an older house but very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the beach. The kitchen is well enough stocked for light cooking. We appreciate the brita pitcher in the fridge so we didn’t need to buy water bottles. We would stay here again.

Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. You can see the beach and waves rolling in on the jetty from the dining table. Sunsets were fabulous! Walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a hose to rinse the sand off before going into the house. Garage is full of beach toys - paddleboard, kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes with helmets. There are also board games & DVDs in the garage. There are several restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks. We had a good meal at Spasso as well as Social Tap. We highly recommend staying here

Plus, only a few miles from many wonderful other Ventura beaches and shopping. Just a few miles away is downtown Ventura where the streets have been blocked to traffic due to covid so you can stroll down the street and stop at many shops and eat outside at the many restaurants. Also nearby is historic Ventura Mission with a wonderful history and grounds to see.The apartment itself had a comfortable bed, thick towels, and was decorated in a very clean, cheery beachy vibe. The walls looked like they had been freshly painted a clean, fresh white; the wide plank flooring looked new too. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The fridge, full size stove and microwave looked new too. If you plan to do some real cooking I would try to bring my own pans. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and you don’t find good cookware as it takes a beating from the tenants.Tucked in one of the closets are board games. In the garage was a lot of fun stuff – bikes, little kayaks, surfboards, anything you’d need at the beach. The host seemed to have thought of everything – even a hose downstairs you can use to get the sand off before going up the sturdy stairs to the apartment. There is a nice little patio/courtyard with a few chairs to sit outside if you want. Also the small narrow balcony has a number of chairs you can use to sit on to watch the ocean, birds, and the world go by. The host allows dogs so we were very happy we could bring our 10 lb. little baby. We recommend this charming and comfortable apartment to all. When we needed to contact the management company they answered quickly and were very helpful.
