We needed a house for our family for a wedding in Granite Bay. As a family with kids we always opt for house rentals instead of hotels when possible. I appreciate all the amenities at this house, especially the coffee stations, hot tub, clean white towels, lamps with plugs (a huge plus in the bedrooms) and spacious areas of the house. Love the decor and elegance of the home. Rick and Stella were available when I needed a question answered prior to stay and upon check out. No issues at all for us during this stay. Perfect.

Our family enjoyed the space, indoor and out. Games were very entertaining. Management was very accommodating.

My wife and I, our son, and daughter with significant other came up for a wedding March 29, 2023 and departed April 2. We had a GREAT TIME!!!. This is one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed at for several reasons. 1. Lots of space, inside there is a big kitchen living area and the bedrooms are good sized. Outside, there are 2 fire pit areas, a covered back patio and a covered hot tub area by the master bedroom. Garage had fitness equipment and a nice ping pong table. So lots of room for everyone to do their own thing. Property is 2.5 acres. 2. Best equipped kitchen--EVER. There were so many kitchen utensils in drawers and cupboards, could have cooked almost anything, sadly did not have much opportunity to cook as we had several wedding dinners/brunches to attend. 3. Comfortable beds and linens. 4. Secure. Entry by code access gate so outsiders stayed outside, a good distance from the house. 5. Not last, but most importantly, Rick, our host, was totally attentive to our needs and a couple requests. I had called Friday morning about using a push broom to sweep back patio after it had rained and left tree blossom debris everywhere. Later, we came back from our wedding rehearsal and there was a guy blowing the leaf litter, I thought was the maintenance guy Rick had referred to, but it was Rick himself. He checked the propane levels in the BBQ and fire pit and went to store to get more because one tank was almost empty. Could not ask for a better host.

We stayed here during a dreary, rainy weekend but the home and property were great. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all even started shopping for the same comforters they were that comfortable! The house was equipped with tons of cooking supplies, we even used a waffle maker instead of the tiny one we brought with us! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great property, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen… even spices! Hi-tech comfort controls, great TV and wonderful amenities for a fun time!

Was in town for my granddaughters 1st birthday. Location was perfect for us to commute! The house itself was very accommodating and comfortable. If the weather would have allowed, we would have enjoyed one if the fire pits and jaccuzi! Looking forward to the next opportunity to stay!

Perfect getaway for our annual friends trip. Lots of individual space around the property for different activities (cornhole, croquet, firepits hot tub), and a comfy common space for group cooking, eating, and watching old movies. Can't wait to come back!

This home is beautiful, clean & comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating, fire pits, hot tunnels & yard games.

We could hardly make it beyond the entryway.... ... because we wanted to stand there and take in the immediate welcoming features! A bubbling fountain just outside the front door set the stage for the gentle music playing inside (and throughout the house). The furnishings and decorations have careful thought - both for functionality and ambiance. The host provided snacks and drinks that are greatly appreciated after any length of travel. The beds are comfortable with extra linens and pillows for the particular sleeper. The outside seating areas are numerous and comfortable. While we did not use the hot tub, we were pleased to see robes, bottled water and snacks nearby to make the soak event more pleasant. The host was responsive throughout our stay. We had no issues but he was sure to check in and make sure we had what we needed. We certainly hope the house is available for future trips to the Granite Bay area.

This property is beautiful! We had a wonderful family vacation.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home, it was definitely a favorite! The home and yard were spacious with areas for everyone. We enjoyed sitting outside at the various sitting areas each with their own fire pit/place and had fun playing corn hole (the yard games were a lovely amenity, we wish we would have had time to play croquet). The close proximity to Folsom Lake, the supermarket, and restaurants was also a plus. Everything we needed was thoughtfully placed in the home which was a welcome change from some other rentals that do not have toiletries and/or only provide “starter” supplies of toilet paper etc. We also appreciated the coffee bar ready with coffee/tea and creamers. Another thoughtful touch was a welcome basket with goodies to enjoy. We will definitely stay here another time if we visit the area again.

This place is even more amazing than the pics. I had been searching for quite some time for a vacation rental and stumbled across this new listing on May 6th. The price for the time period I needed was the best (and surprisingly low for the quality) and I thought it was too good to be true. Before we arrived, the owner called me to welcome us and was even able to allow us in a little earlier than standard check in time. Upon entering the house, the owner had left a small gift and handwritten note. Throughout our stay the owner was very responsive to our requests, extremely friendly, and helpful throughout. Beautiful house on amazing property in a great location. We were so stunned, we booked another stay before we completed our first!
