Hotel was old and dirty.

Very clean

After 20 minutes of waiting I was given keys to an occupied room with a balcony. Headed back to get a new room. This time there was no balcony even though it was promised. Next day after we got back from brunch the manager said we were supposed have checked out. I had reservations for 2 nights. Somehow they had me for only one night!! Terrible experience.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was convenient. Good location for our stay to visit friends. Two lamps did not work, and it seemed like the floor hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Air conditioning was not working in the hallway, but it worked in our room.

I stay in approximately 12-18 different hotels A year in all different price ranges , for business and pleasure. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. We tried to check in at 10:00pm with our 2 kids after my daughter's softball tournament and were told they didn't have a room clean! 30 minutes later we walked into our room to find a dirty bathroom, with a dirty toilet, shower and towels. They sent the cleaning person up to clean it as we waited in the room. Still no towels. At this point , we were just ready to get some sleep. At 2:45 am , my wife yelled at me, "get up! Someone is in our room!" Yeah, that would've been cool I awoke to out of a deep sleep to see a man in our door way! I jumped up an chased him out to the hall to find out he was sent by the manager to clean the room! He said he was told it was vacant. Absolutely insane! Dave Brown

Very unset with this place change rooms 3x due to rooms dirty very dirty looks like maids came in and just reset the room with what was already used not mopped or swept sheets, pillows, bathroom towels where stained so unsanitary don’t go there the profile on this place is a lie.

We arrived at 5pm which is 2 hours after check in time and still had to wait another hour for the room to be cleaned. The manager stated that they were busy last night and got behind. Do businesses no long care about customer experience?

We had to change rooms because the staff didn’t remember to clean our room before we got there. Then when we changed rooms, they gave us a room with a balcony that had a door that didn’t lock and I cabinet with broken hinges. The room was not fully cleaned. The desk had not been wiped down and I don’t know how long.

Checked into room and foubd article of clothing in the closet, a pen on the floor. Bedding and towels appeared clean but do not feel room was fully cleaned. Plus keys kept getting deactivated because it showed i checked out, which i didnt.

The check in process was great, the lady at the desk was very nice and efficient. During our stay we had our keys stop working every time we left the building. One time around 1:30 pm, there was no one at the desk, we called the hotel and a gentlemen came and did not apologize, just stated he was at lunch. The breakfast was poor, no batter for the waffles and no one to tell. When we did see the gentlemen, he stated he would tell someone, but never went to the lounge at all. The desk was seldomly manned after our 1st night there, again, the lady on duty on 7/9, at the front desk was very pleasant. The shower was not clean, also, an old razor left from someone else was still in the shower.

AC wasn’t working

Not a good experience. Check in took forever because the front desk lady was gone only tell us we couldn’t check in until 3:45pm. The hotel room had no towels, hand soap or bath mat. They sent someone in the morning after tracking some down. The bathroom drain had rust around the ring and had shifted so there was exposed drywall. Do not stay here.

Very nice in general. Super friendly staff. Only small thing is the hair dryer makes a lot not noice but doesn’t have much air coming out.

Checkin was hell. Understaffed?

I showed up at 8 PM. The room they gave us had trash outside the front door. The bed was not made. There were no towels. I made arrangements with the front desk for the room to be reset by the time I returned when I arrived all my personal items had been bagged up in trash bags and moved to the closet behind the front desk without my knowledge. Everyone on the staff seems to be on drugs. While at the front desk, two of the women’s were basically screaming at each other. on top of that, I cannot navigate the Orbitz app to demand a refund. I will never use this service again or stay at this hotel.

Terrible experience. We were locked out of our room for an hour and a half after breakfast because our room key was deactivated and we could not find a single staff person to help us anywhere on the property. We couldn't even check out because ee were locked out of our room. We were late for something else that morning because we couldn't leave. I was beginning to panic.

Great place to stay. Pool and hot tub were a little less clean than I would have liked but other than that they were great

Stayed in same room 2 years in a row. Fairly clean.

Room was clean, but whatever fragrance used for the cleaning was so strong, that I couldn't sleep and it bothered my breathing. The greeter was wonderful and sweet. The Lobby floor had just been mopped so my shoes stuck to every floor from the moment I walked across it.

Love it

As soon as the wife and i arrived to check in, nobody was available to check us in, a sign was up they were on break. I get to my room finally after waiting about 30 minutes then only to find our room was not clean, very dirty, smoked in, wall plates broken, paint stains, and stinky, asked to be moved, and was given some attitude but they moved us to the room right next door, it still smelled terribly of smoke, not very clean and old damaged and stained furniture. All night the hallways and our room smelled strongly of smoke. We tried to use the hottub but it was filled with algae and green even though no out of order sign. Someone came up near our room by the porch in middle of the night and felt unsafe as the back door to the building was open all night, big safety concern. I got tired of having to ask the staff about issues and concerns. Altogether, the view out back was somewhat nice but also not very well taken care of landscaping with weeds and what not. No coffee available in the lobby and floors and walls were very dirty with fingerprints etc. We very likely won't stay here again, very disappointing.

Clean room good condition good price

Do not stay at this hotel, it is filthy, hair in the bathroom, no soap, burns and stains on the bedspread, floors filthy & sticky. The staff is unprofessional, they double charged me, there was no security anywhere, exterior doors propped open, strange folks hanging around outside with staff. Felt unsafe. So bad that me and my friends moved to another hotel even though we would have to pay for both. STAY AWAY FROM This Place.

The hotel is great. The TV only had audio and the A/C wasn’t great, but we weren’t in the room much. My biggest complaint is the woman who kept propping the emergency exit door open to smoke. A lot of that smoke made it into our room right next to the door. I guess the alarm was disabled.

Doors to outside did not lock at night. Anyone could enter building at any time of night. Felt unsafe. Customers were arguing with managers causing scene upon arrival. Won’t be back

The property had people living there who appeared to be homeless. They were BB and smoke filled my room. folks were smoking in the building. I know now to ask if they have permant residents, I just felt very uncomfortable and a little unsafe. The interior rooms, the surfaces were never cleaned....it was gross. Never, Never AGAIN!!!

There are minor shortcomings

Friendly staff. Very clean property. Quiet atmosphere. Great breakfast.

Trouble with getting key to room and no coffee

One hour after checking in a staff member walked into our room startling my child and quickly walked out with no explanation as to why she walked in. She then called to my room and asked “Who is this? May I have your last name?” I gave her my last name and told her I have my receipt and checked in an hour ago. She said “ok, thank you” and hung up. She then deactivated our keycard. We noticed when my husband left the room to grab us some dinner and he no longer had access to our room. We had to go back to the front desk to get this cleared in which she openly admitted she deactivated our room keycard even after she spoke with me because she did not remember our room being booked. Our second night, our keycard was deactivated again and we had to go back to to speak to the front desk. The young man at the desk was rude as he verified why the card was deactivated. Our two night stay was not worth the $425 we paid.

Property did not look clean. I felt sorry for staff - they didn’t have enough staff. They even ran out of coffee at breakfast.
