Liked the location and the house but had a few dislikes. Gas grill had no gas in it,outside furniture was dirty,yard was high weeds, 1 bed was low to ground. Had to call because code wouldnt work. Outside garbage was full had to call to see what to do for our garbage.

Stayed in the interim until our home was ready. Great location. Super clean. Everything you need is supplied. Small and comfy. Perfect for our four nights. Would highly recommend.

The house was newly updated. I'm creeped out by dirt and this house was cleaner than a million dollar house I stayed in the month before. The ceilings are low. So, if you're taller than 6'3" the showers aren't going to work for you. The air-conditioning isn't very good at circulating and you get hot at night. We found we had to set thermostat at 59 at night so we didn't sweat to death. Once we figured that out - the visit was comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. Could have used a few more utensils like pizza cutter, Tupperware, trash bags. The community is wonderful!!! I went for walks past 12am, alone as a female, and never felt scared. I 100% would recommend this rental to anyone and will rent again in the future. We rent houses often and this one is by far one of the cleanest and best located ones we have stayed at.

This house is small, but it is absolutely beautiful. The backyard is huge and fenced in. My dog had plenty of room to run and have fun. It’s very hard to find a house this nice that allows pets, I’m so glad that they did! My husband was at MOFFITT for surgery, and for me to come home and be with my dog in this beautiful little house was just the medicine I needed.. The property manager answered immediately when I had questions. Everything was handled quickly and she was very attentive. She checked in the first night to see how we got along and if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed, and it’s beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is friendly and it’s one block off 56th where there’s restaurants, coffee, Publix everything you need. I will definitely stay here again if we need to come to MOFFITT Cancer center anytime soon. Or a little get away with my little pup!

Cute property. Very well done. Be aware ceilings are very low so if you are 6 feet or above may not be the property for you. Small but great for shelter from the hurricane. Our power went out two days in and we had to leave the rental at that point. I appreciate the efforts made by the owner and her great choices on finishes.
