nothing the house was not cleaned the fridge was dirty there cigarettes left in one bedroom, rolling tobacco in an other room dirty socks in two bedrooms and two cigarette lighter in the room I was sleeping in and the shower rail adjuster was broken off there was NO we’re to park so had to leave my work at van and get 2. taxis back from work every day first day there got a £70 parking fine

Liked about, the customer service, easy location, free onstreet parking, easty to get keys, nice apartment. cozy . O

Not like about: only one toilet being 3 bed room apartment and the toilet is on the bottom floor, if the bedrooms are on top floor, at least one WC needed on the top floor, i stayed with two kids and was a big hassle to come in the middle of night to do toilet. Dont like about underground floor, keep the door locked so that we can't open it. the door was open and the underground floor looks really scary, my kids were scared to the hell. overall. I wouldnt' say good value for money looking at the location and the street, but I would mind coming to you again if there is another toilet (at least WC on the top floor.) can do a little better with beds too. it was more than 100 pounds for a night. not worth it.
