Small narrow bathroom and toilet

nice to have two seating areas beyond the bedrooms. Bright light with lots of windows!

Bathroom and shower are very small. not a problem for a short stay. Shower will be a problem for larger people or the disabled.

A dishwasher would be nice and bed already made so that we didn’t had to.

Rosen apartment is a very nice and comfortable apartment,.with excellent location, ín the city center. Easy tó access from the airport. I realy recommanded it!

Every thing was perfect.

Location is very close to city center and most tourist sites. Furnishings and kitchen equipment adequate.

Apartment is in a loud (student?) neighborhood with pounding music from other apartments in the building and nearby buildings often being a problem, and shouting people in the streets waking us up at 03:00. Communications with property manager good, but both personal communications and instruction book in apartment obviously confused this apartment with other rentals with different appliances .

The location was great, very central, allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted in Bergen. Comfortable apartment, overall. High ceilings, lots of natural light. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Bergen.

Too many messages from the hosts: "what time are you arriving; what time are you leaving; tomorrow we will send you the code; here is the code; these are the rules", etc. Given the agreed-upon check-in/check-out times and guidelines, most of these messages felt unnecessary.

If you make so many claims to the guests, then comply with them yourself! the owner overestimates the high requirements for guests (a punishment for soiled bed linen, a punishment for not taking out the garbage, a punishment for a towel stained with make-up, a punishment, a punishment...), but at the same time, the shower cabin was not clean, there were black hair on the floor, as well as throughout apartment. I wanted to air the bathroom and opened the window and i saw a mountain of birds excrements outside on the sill of the bathroom window, which is also not very hygienic. In addition, the apartment has a ventilation system that cannot be turned off, which permanently interferes - we had to turn off the electricity completely. In general, not a bad apartment, convenient, central position, uncomplicated check-in. But we did not feel free, all the time we were afraid to do something wrong.
