Franco is a great host very understanding when plans changed a little for my group of people the house is beautiful and very clean

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the stay for a night before our flight out of the Provo airport.

Five of us (mom, daughter, daughters-in-law) took a little overnight getaway and needed a place large enough to give us all separate beds, so it was perfect for that. Super easy check-in and out! Cute, cozy home with lots of fun updates. Tucked away in a nice little cul-de-sac. The busy road behind the house made for some traffic noise, but it was out of sight and really not that bad. Close proximity to pretty much everything in the Provo/Orem area. Overall excellent stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is clean, nicely decorated/furnished, and comfortable for everyone. While it is near a freeway, the noise wasn't bothersome.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our kids really liked the surprise of a chicken coop and playground in the backyard. The house was very clean and we found it without any problem. The pool table in the basement was the biggest hit with our group! The only thing I would mention is there are three high steps leading into the house that my elderly mother had a difficult time with since there were not any rails for her to hold onto. We would definite stay here again!

We stayed at this inviting, cozy house as a family. It was the perfect location for "home base" while visiting our daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are all comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool down stairs. Restaurants and stores close by. Beautiful mountain view from the living room window. A great place to stay!

We loved staying at this home, very close to University Mall, and central to everything in Provo/Orem. The owner was very quick to respond and resolved concerns quickly. The home is very clean and well supplied. The TV's worked, but we had a hard time logging into our apps, and only Netflix was available. The kids loved the swing set in the back yard. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great Girlzzz Retreat here. The property was lovely and nicely decorated with a great kitchen. It’s a split level floor plan, if that helps you visualize the layout. The house was tricky to find - several group members had trouble - one went to the wrong house. It’s down a flag lot drive way. Totally worth figuring out how to find it! It’s very private and tucked away. We will be back!!

**More of a 4.5 Star Review, reason at the end** This home had plenty of room for our family. Two couples and a toddler :) It has a great fenced backyard with room for kids to run around & play. The downstairs den is nice and gives you two living areas to separate kids from adults, if needed. Kitchen is spacious, and there's a nice deck just off the dining area. The updates are nice. **As for the 4.5 star review- Just a few things I'd like to point out. There was only one washcloth in the whole house. The kitchen is very modestly stocked- if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might be disappointed. There was no extra toilet paper, other than a few rolls that were almost gone. There was no remote for the upstairs TV, or at least we couldn't find it. There was a remote for the fire stick, but not for the actual TV. I feel confident that the owner will address all these things after reading this review :) All in all, we had a very nice stay in the home.

This vrbo was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for 5-6 people. Our only complaint was that it was extremely difficult to find. There was no mailbox or house numbers anywhere, and was tucked back down a long driveway/road with no indication that it was back there. 3 of the people in our party drove back and forth more than 5 times trying to locate the property, and I had to eventually go out to the road for each of them to show them where to turn. Some sort of indication that the property is back there would help tremendously.

Really cute clean house. Fit us all nicely. Easy check-in and had no problems. Will rent again in the future.

Honestly the VRBO was perfect for our family. We felt so at home!

This property had everything we needed (except a blender☹️), and was in the perfect location. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and everyone had a bed to sleep in and room to gather and play. The little ones enjoyed swinging on the swings in the backyard.

The home and location were perfect but the home was extremely hot. An additional ac window unit was in the front room but the vent leading to the window didn't seal completely so hot air just poured in. We ended up sleeping downstairs while my parents suffered upstairs. Luckily they found a fan in the closet after the first night and that provided some relief. I gave a poor cleanliness rating because the refrigerator was disgusting. I had a clean it out before I was willing to put any food inside and even than there was stuff I couldn't clean. The kitchen is bare, I'm not sure if there was even measuring spoons and cups. I have stayed at multiple places and they will have cooking spray, mixing bowls, plastic bags of various sizes, tupperware, and other everyday kitchen items for their guest. I was thankful there was at least some dishwasher pods and trash bags. I will say that Franco was very prompt to respond to any questions or send me any information that I asked for. I was having trouble with the television and he quickly responded with an answer and was even willing to come over and fix the issue while we were out of the house.
