Fabulous location for exploring lower Broadway area; attentive staff; comfortable apartment. Secure with keypad entry throughout the property. Nice having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Full kitchen including dishwasher and full-size oven. Nice touches of having dish detergent, coffee pods, etc in the apartment.

Elevators were slow -- admittedly this was probably exacerbated by all the newcomers in town for CMA Fest (pressing incorrect key combinations and causing unnecessary stops). Kitchen was missing a couple of important items: sharp knife, can opener.

Location, location, location!! Walk to everywhere, and retreat to the roof top or room for some quiet. Gym? They have almost everything (including a stairmaster). They have dishwashing and coffee supplies ready to go. Staff were prompt with response time.

The elevator wait time was frustrating. There were three and during peak check in time (CMA fest) the line was so long, guests hiked their luggage up the staircase!😵 The pillows were not memory foam, and the mattress was on the firmer side.

Great location - easy access to the action at the heart of Broadway. Great rooms with kitchen and clothes washing facilities. Minimal service - which is their business model. It was what we were looking for. 😊

Car parking was not properly explained and there was no easy luggage drop off and absolutely no help. Ultimately all was sorted but it was time consuming.

The rooms were so edgy! The beds were clean and they provided the small things most of us would forget for a short stay! The best part was the location! Only two blocks from Broadway! Exceptional hotel!

Did not see the area where breakfast was served. So I really can't comment further on that.

If I had to pick on anything, I would say the parking garage is very tight. But not much you can do about that.

Within a few hours of checking in, we came downstairs to front desk to express disappointment with room. This was our 25th wedding anniversary trip and of all the places around the world that we have traveled to, we chose to come back to this facility in Nashville due to such a pleasant prior experience. When we came down right after checking in an advised that this room looked nothing like one in photos and extremely small and there was no couch to relax on only a small nasty stained up loveseat not even big enough for me and hubby to relax on. We were told at that time that all rooms are different and if we wanted a different room we would have to come check with desk in morning and would be aprox. $150 extra per night. I would have had no problems with that except that since we were first to check in that day, I feel like (if all the 1 bedroom sky deluxe suites are different), then an alternative could have been offered prior to us getting completely settled in for our 5 night stay. We like to enjoy spending time in room and were completely restricted to the bedroom due to the cleanliness and size of living space and seating. I specifically mentioned this milestone of celebrating our 25th anniversary in advance and choosing here to celebrate this milestone and unfortunately feel let down.

The location was perfect and the spaciousness of the place was exactly what we needed.

Was a little noisy in the room but that had to do with the furnace. The outside noise was normal downtown city noise you would expect

First of all the staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Then the location, it can’t be beat it’s within a short walking distance of everything downtown. Finally the value, the studio room we had was top notch for a great price.

Wow...1-Front desk no help whatsoever,very bad 2-40 dollars extra to park,per day 3-no cable tv...only streaming stuff 4-sofa bed was not a sofa bed 5-No food delivery allowed to the room 6-Water pressure horrible 7- tried to get refund for last day, guess if they gave that or not, hell no I could list more. This is an apartment complex, do not go here period, but specially if you think it's gonna be like a nice hotel. TWO THUMBS DOWN !

The staff were very helpful and nice. The proximity to music venues. Restaurants with walking distance. Full size refrigerator. Actual silverware, plates, cups and glasses. The gym facilities were great. The sauna was a nice addition.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful, genuinely one of the BEST hotels I have stayed at. Their amenities are great! The sauna is amazing! Overall I highly recommend this stay. The walk to broadway is also literally 3min.

I didn’t have breakfast but the location was nice.

No complaints honestly. The one thing I would change can’t be changed. I’m large and so is my spouse (former basketball players) and we can’t sleep together unless it’s a King so he slept on the couch. Again, the size of the room makes a King impractical.
