Location good, Atlanta traffic bad

Could have used more hanging up places for once used towels

Everything was new and clean. The hotel is in a really nice part of downtown Atlanta. Also, the onsite restaurant and bars are excellent.

Everything was great.

Comfortable bed, clean room, coffee/breakfast options on site

My room wasn't cleaned during my stay. On the first morning, in passing, I saw housekeeping and asked them to clean my room while I went to breakfast. They confirmed but when I went back to my room a few hours later they it wasn't cleaned. It was frustrating because I worked from my hotel room the whole time. The 2nd day I called to arrange service for housekeeping around 2PM (again because I was in my room working). I was told housekeeping was gone by 2PM. So basically I didn't have anyone clean my room the entire stay. There was also some confusion with my bill/billing asi booked through my company. I ultimately got multiple answers everytime I called the front desk so ultimately gave up and just working through my company to pay me back. I likely won't be coming back again.

Brand new hotel in a great location, wide and very comfortable rooms with an excellent bathroom. Modern and cool decoration. Staff very nice and I got my needed late checkout.

The Bar and Restaurant's food menu was very limited and not great.

Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond to help get us into the rooms we needed. She checked in with us throughout our stay and management needs to do whatever it takes to keep her happy and on staff there!

nothing really but if I can make a small recommendation... I drink my coffee with sugar. the cup by the coffee machine had an array of sweetener options. But the quality was random so I'm essence, it was full but not with what I preferred 😉. On a positive note, this morning when I called room service and asked for more sugar, it was brought up quickly. Exceptional service, especially when we are speaking about the first morning cup of coffee 🤣. That's all 😊

The room was very clean and comfort. and location of hotel was good to access any where from it.

Parking building is operated by 3rd party, so I had to pay $22 dollar every time when I went out and there is no validation for parking.

Incredible staff and very clean place

The breakfast was a la carte so there was a little bit of waiting involved. Also, our room rate included breakfast and we were unsure what we could have. When we asked, we were told we could just order what we wanted. There must have been some confusion because when we wanted to check out, we found we had gone over the breakfast "allowance". As we didn't know what the breakfast allowance was, this becomes uncomfortable.

The breakfast situation. We thought we had paid for breakfast.. and we had... but only to a certain extent. A figure we were not informed until it was too late. It was very uncomfortable having to discuss this at check out and then they had to get the manager. I wouldn't mind too much, but we had gone over because we had tipped so generously!!!

It was beautiful and clean. I loved the designs from the art work and the furniture.

It always smelled good, it was very clean, and staff was nice.

The bathroom. The door is see through even with the design to distort what people see. I just prefer complete privacy. Especially if I'm traveling with others.
