Absolutely fantastic stay at Miracle Hotel and Resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Will definitely be back

(1)The bathroom had a glass separator for the wet and dry areas but when you turn on the shower all the water falls directly on the dry area defeating the purpose. The bath area should have a door closure. (2) There is no bathroom doormat (3) No dustbin in bathroom (4) Towels are not provided in the pool area and no staff was available there. We need to take towels from the room to the pool. (5) Breakfast had only two options- was expecting a buffet. But the breakfast was simple, wholesome Kerala food which I liked for a change.

No Food or beverages , not even cool drinks. Washroom, towel and bedsheet were not clean. Stain was clearly visible.
