We were in town for a brief work trip and this was a great house. Very clean and comfortable and close to tons of restaurants and a great nature trail in downtown bentonville!

Our son got married in the bride’s hometown and we needed a place close by to celebrate with friends/family and rest. This home was FANTASTIC! It is a short walk to the Square. The mid-century modern decor was such a fun vibe. Everything was immaculately clean. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable.

The home was beautiful and very clean. Walking distance to downtown shops, museums, dining and more!! The host were amazing and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!!

Great place and great location

I stayed here with 8 of my MTB friends here for 4 days to hit the world-class mountain biking trails. The house itself is just a few short blocks into town and impeccably appointed. Highly recommended!

The house was good, not great. Negatives first- ants in kitchen on arrival. From there we had sewage draining issues from the start in 2/3 bathrooms, rendering them unusable. Handyman who was not qualified to deal with it was sent out the first day. Second day they had a couple of licensed plumbers out who didn’t fix the issue. Later that day another group came out and resolved the issue. They don’t maintain the property’s exterior, so it was an obvious “rental” from the street. Frustrating for the neighbors I’m sure. Cute house. Bedrooms are all very spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Linens are great. Beds are comfortable. I’ve stayed in better places in Bentonville, but they cost a bit more.

This is a very comfortable home with a great location close to downtown and museums. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and the friendly management company responded very quickly to address them. The home is large with lots of nice amenities.

House is clean and spacious. Just about 3 blocks from the Square. Hosts are very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful house, spacious, great decor, awesome beds, lovely sunroom and yard space. Quiet yet close to the square, amenities, activity. Tons of atmosphere in the heart of NWA.
