This place is really something else. Wonderfully restored old villa right in the middle of the city in a peaceful residential area. Close to shopping, many nice restaurants and the lovely Parque García Sanabria park is just around the corner. We stayed in suite 5 which is like a small separate cabin right next to the pool. The suite is modern, cosy, spacious, very quiet with a nicely equipped kitchen and a lovely sleeping area on a little loft. Comfortable bed and pillows, great wifi and effective air conditioning. The whole property is very well maintained with a lovely little pool area, a small garden with a seating area plus you have access to a very nice rooftop terrace on top of the main villa. Everything is just spotless and clean. Communication from the host Sonia has been exemplary from the start to the end with perfectly presented information material before your arrival with easy to understand self check-in procedure. We also appreciated how she facilitataded early check-in for us on a short notice. Parking is not available but there are a few parking garages within 5-10 min walking distance like the one at Plaza Weyler. We were lucky upon arrival that Ángeles, their friendly cleaning lady, was on site when we arrived and kindly showed us around. Cannot praise this place enough and look forward to return soon again.

Great location. In a quiet neighbourhood but many restaurants within walking distance. Newly renovated. Very spacious. Host very friendly and helpful.

We only communicated with the host via WhatsApp. It was not easy to get in as everything was controlled remotely/digitally. The air conditioning system was also quite difficult to use. We were disappointed with the hygiene level as we found some dirt in the bed linen.

Fantastic location. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the most beautiful park nearby with a great little restaurant there. Well worth a visit.

Some shade by the pool. It was the only small thing that was wrong. It needed an umbrella or two.

Peaceful and picturesque location, beautiful apartment building and gardens. Lovely roof terrace with great views. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff.

We had a wonderful stay at The Park Suites. 😊 The apartment was so beautiful, we had all the necessary amenities, and the location was great (a quiet street, but close to bus and tram stops, next to a park). Sonia and Angela were really helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. 😊
