Great location, 1 block away from the beach. Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Would totally recommend to any one. 10/10

The apartment was very well appointed and very clean. (However we did have a problem with the oven and main television) Good access to beach and a range of eateries and activities.

Location was fab. 5 min walk to the beach just a street away.
The unit had everything we needed.
Even for a wet weekend, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while the rain came down.
The unit was immaculate with comfy bed and pillows and a huge bathroom.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room for our family get together. Walking distance to beach and Surf Clubs with plenty of great cafes close by.
Mitch was a great Host and always quick to reply when requests were made.
Highly recommend this apartment and our family look forward to future visits.

Great place to stay for a long weekend. The apartment had everything needed and was super clean! Easy walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks for having us Mitch.

This has to be the cleanest accommodation we've stayed in. It was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was beautifully furnished. Fantastic location. Communication was excellent. Our car was too tall for the garage however there is open air parking out the back. I could not fault the property or Mitch, the wonderful host. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It was a really nice unit and its location meant that we did not have to hire a car , apart from the first day.
Great dining, cafes and beaches all within walking distances.

By husband and myself had a restful 4 day stay. Apartment is close to great cafes and restaurants and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Would book again.

We enjoyed the location and updated decor of the apartment. Pool was lovely and we were central for a variety of activities. Great stay!

Perfect location. Great coffee and food a couple doors down. Easy couple of minutes walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Very light bright apartment nicely renovated. Would definitely stay again.

The property was thoughtfully appointed and impeccably clean.
The location is convenient with a pool onsite, the beach a block away and the river almost as close. This provides a holiday that can have it all :)

This apartment is neat, clean, modern and close to all amenities. My family and I stayed here for a week over new years and it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, calm side, surf club and Main Street. Mitch was very easy to liaise with and the apartment is perfect for a family vacation.

Lovely tranquil unit, great location. A little sparse for kitchen pots and pans if you like to cook, and warm in the bedrooms without AC and not much air flow back there (ceiling fans only) but otherwise a perfect space to stay for a week.

All went well, probably screens on doors/windows would have been nice. Also didn’t realise had to go up stairs so was a bit difficult for one of my sisters. Don’t get me wrong though, we really enjoyed our stay , unit was nice and clean and communication was excellent.

It was refreshing to walk into this beautiful property, just a short walk to the beach. It was clean, well presented, and exactly as shown in the photos. Close to lovely cafes, restaurants and surrounding beaches, and we had such a relaxing time away. We only wish we had longer!
Mitch was so quick to respond to any questions we had about our stay or the property.
We can totally recommend Rick’s on 6th, for divine pastries and cakes, and breakfast at Murray’s on Sixth. The people were friendly and helpful and I have always loved Maroochydore and Cotton Tree, as I have been frequenting these gorgeous seaside towns for many years.

My family and I had a lovely couple of days to relax and enjoy some downtime. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and some excellent places to eat. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Spacious appartment, bright and airy.
Well equipped kitchen. Good size balcony.
Our hosts were very accommodating with our requests and questions. Location is great with lots of cafes within walking distance and a short walk to the beach. Loved our stay here!

Located within easy walking distance of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, beaches the apartment ticked all the boxes. Very well presented and very clean we will definitely be looking stay again on our next visit to the Sunshine Coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maroochydodre. The apartment was situated close to shops and cafes and walking distance to the beach. The apartment was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated and would happy recommend it to my friends and family.

No TV reception but the Netflix and Stan access was great.

The property was lovely and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Just a couple of things, we didn't receive information about access until the night before and it was at our request. Also, when we arrived, we noticed that the sheets had been pulled up on the beds but the beds were not "made". Then when we lifted the top sheet they looked as though they had been slept in. There were also towels hanging up in the bathroom - we were not sure if they were soiled or not - thankfully there were fresh towels in the drawer. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

This unit is beautifully decorated. We couldn't get channels on the tv but kids made do with Netflix. We had a lovely family weekend.
