The manager Carlos…PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. Never consistent. He told me breakfast starts at 9:00 AM but when I showed up the morning after my arrival to get coffee, I knocked on the door and no one opened the door for me, later he told me that I shouldn’t knock on the door because people were asleep, I can’t see through doors … I don’t eat cereal at next day, I Knocked on the door and no one would open the door again , this was Sunday morning ,then I walked around the side to see if anyone was in the house/kitchen, there were people sitting and eating breakfast….Before 9:00 am , I felt like he had prefer taking care of other people….Latinos ,then letting me come in after they had gotten there fill …whatever was left over was for me , if I was lucky, it happened twice and I decided that I wasn’t gonna beg anyone, I paid for my accommodations like everyone else and that I deserved to be treated better than the treatment that I had received and equal to the other “ Latino” guests at the hostel…. I’ve experienced a few incidents of exclusion or typical arrogance while I stayed in Little HAVANA

Everything was nice and the host was very nice and helpful and nice place and everything was clean and the breakfast was amazing

As instalações no geral são boas. Boa localização. Ótimo custo benefício. Ar condicionado nos quartos. Cozinha bem equipada. Nada novo mas tudo funcionando. Roupa de cama e toalhas bem limpas e relativamente novas. O banheiro ok. O anfitrião foi ótimo comigo. Muito receptivo e me ajudou bastante sobre algumas questões da cidade. Pelo preço que foi pago, recomendo.

The beds are excellent the place is spotless loved it.

You know what I'm not a person that complains and there was nothing there that warranted a complaint the room is only $40 a night my God you can't go wrong.

Great location in Little Havana. Very clean hostel and good rooms. Free use of kitchen. Carlos is a good boss running the place. Everything you need around as location is good. New Century restaurant nearby is great, with full nice dinners for 7-8 USD. Good value for money in expencive Miami

Was a lot of snoring in the dorm, but thats not the hostels fault. No breakfast

Very nice hostel with homey setting right by Calle Ocho! The house has a great shared kitchen for cooking and dining, fridge to store your food, good showers, comfy beds and beddings, they also have small lockers. Carlos, the manager on site, is very nice and friendly, he was responsive and helpful at all times and created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It’s in a good safe location with many tourist attractions. Carlos the manager is friendly. I felt safe in the area and in the hostel. The beds were made fresh before checking in.

They have no wash rags to wash your body with in the shower or to wash your face in the morning. I asked the manager for one and he didn’t know what that was. I was extremely annoyed by this. Also, construction was literally being built next door so it was loud.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable there was a back yard where you can make friends and have interesting conversations. The owner Carlos is always willing to help. There is a Mac Donald's in the corner and restaurants pubs nearby.

Wonderful hostel in one of the popular tourist areas of Little Havana. Near walking street, many cafes, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and safe.

The place is very clean. People were friendly so I got a chance to converse with some of them while I was there. It is in a Great location right off of Little Havana.

It was confusing upon arrival figuring out where to check in and tracking down the manager to check in with. Once he returned, he was very nice. It's very generic looking and I like places that are more eclectic.

Good location, very close to Little Habana (the nice parts of it). Owner was nice, very flexible with check-out times and bag storage.

It's house with bedrooms rather than a hostel. The rooms have no locks, and the owner will walk in every now and then. No lockers, and no plugs for the beds.

Carlos the manager was nice.Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. MCDONALDS ON THE Corner, market/CVS down the street. Clean roomy frig/freezer, kitchen clean. Front door has a combo lock but not everyone locks it.

Have to pay in cash or Zelle, no CC. Some spices but no Tea, Coffee, sugar. One toilet/shower for up to 18 people in hall. House quiet but area noisy, loud restaurant music, airplanes overhead, and roosters crowing 430am to 6am+. A bit muggy, no to low AC OK FOR 1 NIGHT STAY. Area seemed safe. There is no sign on the gate, it's on the house.
