Great property! Large, clean and in a great location! Steps to the beach and a quick walk to the village. Highly recommend for small groups.

We had the most wonderful experience at this property. Everything was as described with beautiful furnishings, well stocked kitchen, great patio and comfy beds. Alicia was very responsive and checking in and out was very smooth. We will definitely be staying at this property or one of the others in their portfolio.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was clean and there were thoughtful touches from makeup washcloths to a kids table. Communication with Alicia was great. The location was beautiful and close to everything. We loved our stay!

Ocean views in all front facing windows. 2 minute pleasant walk to the beach. No complaints. A couple of tips: Sit at the kitchen table for the best Wi-Fi signal and don’t rent a large SUV as it won’t fit in the garage (mini-van does). Perfect for larger families.

We loved our stay. Truly felt like we were home. Location was perfect for viewing the coast and also for short walks to dining and shopping. We look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little home! Excellent location, house was clean, beds comfortable. The outside patio is great (you do have traffic noise due to it facing the main street). There is a shared inner patio area that is quieter but we always found ourselves going out to the main one facing the ocean. Plenty of sleeping room with two of the rooms having bunk beds plus another bed. We did have some issue with the Wi-fi and cell reception- was a little spotty, not sure why. We had everything we needed, really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!

Perfect for a family or larger friend group! Having the larger patio was perfect to enjoy the California weather with friends!

Alicia was absolutely wonderful in arranging our 3 night stay! We enjoyed all the amenities and especially loved the huge oceanfront patio w fireplace. The house has an open, airy feel and each room is beautifully decorated!

Owner was great with good communication and even an early checking. Location was great, the street in front of the house gets busy in the weekend but we didn’t mind. Unfortunately the beds were terrible. The bed in the master bedroom you could actually see where the mattress just sunk down and it was like laying directly on springs. The beds in the other bedrooms were not much better.

Rarely heard noise from street. two minutes to walk to beach. Decor is shabby chic. Could use a remodel (some touch up repainting at least). But is very clean. Alicia is very responsive. Fun bunk beds for kids. Eat at Vigiluccis a couple blocks down. Fantastic food. Recommend grilled seafood plate and chocolate lava cake. On street parking not bad for extra car.

Easy process owner & property manager were great! The house was exactly as advertised and in great condition. Perfect location for the beach & either walking downtown Carlsbad or riding one of their beach cruisers. Great experience all around!

We loved staying at this house! Perfect distance to the beach, walking distance to the village, amazing evenings around the fire pit. The front porch is huge and had a few different seating choices. Nice beach chairs and beach towels available for us to use. The decor was really nice. We were here for an extended girls’ weekend and loved that we had 2 bathrooms and a large couch. We spent most of our time on the front porch, though. We will be back!

We loved this place. Right across the street from the beach, two patios with fire pit seating and long tables for meals, and bright, airy furniture inside. Two adults and three teens had lots of space to spread out. Grilled out a few nights, walked to dinner in the village a few nights. Easy check in process, great communication from host. We will be back.

We loved this place at Carlsbad. Location is awesome. Right across from the beach. Lots of outside space. The unit was great. We certainly took advantage of the bikes provided. Could not ask for anything else. Highly recommend it!

We had such a great time staying at this house. The front patio was amazing - great view, fire pit etc. The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Laurie was also so helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for everything!!!

This house is in a great location, across street from the beach and about a half a mile from the village area. We spent four nights here with our teenage kids and some of their friends, 7 of us in total. Laurie was great, very easy to get ahold of and fast to respond. We did have a slight issue when we checked in, one of the bathrooms - everything was slow to drain. Laurie had a plumber out the next day and it turns out there was a clog in the drain line under the home. Kind of made it hard as one bathroom was not able to be used until it was repaired, but I want to commend Laurie for getting some one out to fix it and for meeting them there so we could enjoy our day at the beach. Here are the pros and cons of the house, which is more like a large condo part of three others in the same building. Pros -the patio - amazing, overlooks the ocean (across the street), nice fire pit to sit around and plenty of seating. - the house has been renovated recently, it is decorated perfectly and has air conditioning. -the street is busy, but inside the house with the doors closed, you don't hear it at all. -there are six bikes for the building to use, kids had a blast exploring (Laurie - if you are reading this, one of the six had a flat tire and the purple bike - the chain had come off the sprocket and was jammed between the frame and the wheel hub). - the washer and dryer are huge, shared with the other units, but we never had to wait, so big and easy to use. -there are chairs in the garage which have straps like a backpack to make it easy to get them to the beach. -the kitchen table was huge and we enjoyed playing games at it. -the garage - it is a one car garage and I felt like it was narrow, but had plenty of space for our SUV, a large Tahoe, Suburban, or Expedition, I am not sure if they would fit. -location, the beach is a short walk - note there are three flights of stairs to go up and down. Cons -the kitchen is nice, but has nowhere to store food. the cabinets are full of kitchen items, so you kind of have to leave your pantry items on the counter. -WiFi - it was intermittent, and when it was working it was kind of slow. Was not an issue as we were there to relax and not to work. We have T Mobile and we had one bar at best of LTE coverage, someone in our group had Verizon and their reception was better. Overall great place and a very good property manager who was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Will rent again.
