Clean, no musty smell, great layout, stocked kitchen utensils…we’d stay here again! Quiet and clean community as well!

Super convenient for a stay in the burbs. Loved the house and all the little extras - and my daughter was very happy with the "pink" room. Host is very responsive and friendly as well.

Interesting: combination 60s and hi-tech. Tech aspect and operational easiness not good for us. We did okay, but did not record anything for Tic Tok.🙃
Beds and linens were fantastic.
Please upgrade the quality of toilet paper...we might as well have had none. Accidently booked in a neighborhood where there were 3 close neighbors we knew. All 3 through the backyard to Emerson. I would say that the home needs some ugrades. Especially, the bedroom carpets. Thank you for your hospitality.

Highly recommend! This home is incredibly well thought out, making it such a comfortable place to stay. We were here almost three weeks and couldn’t have been happier. Jacob was a very thoughtful and communicative host. The beds/pillows are so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Has a nice backyard with a great seating area. You can tell they take pride in their home and creating a comfortable space for others.

This house was perfect for what we needed! The decor and furniture made it fun to be in! The owner was very informative and responded to any questions that we had in a timely manner. Will be looking at this house again if we are needing one in the area again!

The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our family. Jacob answered questions very quickly and followed up on us settling into the property. All kitchen items were easy to find and washer/dryer were large and easy to use. A variety of stores and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed our time in Schaumburg!

Comfortable place in a great neighborhood. Everything was as listed and host was easy to work with. We will try to stay there again next year!

Adorable house in a very nice neighborhood. Check in and out process was super easy and quick. Jacob is very responsive to any messages sent. The rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. The house has everything, even down to the kid friendly corner covers for pointy edges on the furniture. The back yard has toys for the kids, a fire pit and a patio set. There was even an umbrella stroller and pack and play in the closet. The decor was spot on and my Chicago cousins right away knew the colors symbolized the train routes. We will definitely be staying again! Thanks for letting us stay at your house. It's beautiful 😍

My adult family and I really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location and nice neighborhood. Any store you need is nearby. The highways are also very close for driving to the city or airport.
The home was clean, cozy, and accommodated five adults perfectly. The backyard was awesome also. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee on the covered patio. It was very peaceful the whole time we were there. Jacob, the owner, was very sweet and accommodating with our requests.

Home is exactly as described and pictured; it is well decorated, inviting, and comfortable. Setup was perfect for our girls weekend, with plenty of seating for dinner and movie night, as well as bed space. Also appears to be very family/child friendly, as corner protectors are on all furniture, and plenty of kids toys/items are available. The only glitch was that it was the first cold night of the year, and as the first tenants to turn on the heat, we discovered that it wasn't working. Jacob was very easy to contact, quick to respond, and worked quickly to get us a temporary fix until maintenance came the next day. We were all very happy with the experience and would 10/10 recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. It is great for kids, and the extras like backyard toys were a hit.
