Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und das wir es ruhig hatten aber nur da wir neben an keine Gäste hatten sonst ist es hell hörig
Im Gang hört man jeden Schritt da die Türen ein großen Spalt haben.
Boden wurde nie sauber gemacht
Abfluss im Bad so wie die Dusche nicht gereinigt worden
Klimaanlage sehr laut meine Frau ist krank geworden dadurch bestimmt mangelnder Wartung

Love the bar, TV size, staff and cleanliness.
TV is fixed to the wall rather than on a swivel rack. It makes it difficult to watch TV on the couch. The lighting was poor as there was no overhead light. Just a lamp in the corner.

Clean. Great Location. Great Price. Excellent housekeeping. Very comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out. Helpful staff. This is my second stay here and will stay again when in Chicago. I like that they listened to previous comments and added the fridge in the room.
Only thing to improve is the lighting in the room. It is a little dark. One more lamp shall be sufficient.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short hop from the airport, and the room was lovely and clean. The internet was surprisingly fast, and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The hotel was precisely as it was portrayed. There are no complaints to be made. Everything was impeccable! It seems that there was no deviation from the way it was presented. There is nothing glaring that I dislike. Everything was simply perfect!

We did a stay and fly. They wouldn’t let me give a return time for pickup when we left. So had to pay to call them from Europe. During the call they gave me a time they would be there to pick up up. They weren’t there. So I had to call again and 30 minutes later they arrived. Ju a little frustrated.

It is the second time for me to stay in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough. Location is very good for my needs. It will be my first option for next time also.
