Location is close to a lot of restaurants, easy to get too, lovely lobby, comfortable room. Great staff.

Very convenient location. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was there with my wife. We liked being near the mall, and to several restaurants and bar. Close to major freeways and tollways. Our room was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Staff members were friendly. Plenty of parking. We have been here several times.

The Hampton Inn in Bloomington-Normal made free coffee and tea available in the evenings. We missed that.

The location was excellent!

We slept in and when room service was requested at 12:30pm, we were told that our room could not be cleaned because we waited too late. Room service was literally across the hall at the time

Them noisy kids. Kids should be with their parents and those who want to be around them. Visitors without kids should be separate from them because kids like to play and make noise, and that's fine, but everyone does not need to hear the noise allllllllll night long.

the rooms are not sound proof and there was a lot happening upstairs … they were having a great time… however no sleep was happening up there and subsequently not in our room either. Good for them, bad for us.

The location of the property is centrally located. Excellent choice of restaurant locations. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room was perfect for a physically challenged guest. Finding a hotel with a room that can accomodate the limitations of a physically challenged is difficult. The room was designed with large open spaces, large entry doors and a shower that was designed to assist a challenged guest. The Hampton Inn checked all the boxes to make the stay an easy experience.

Felt no heat all night in the room. The food was lukewarm not hot along with the coffee. Staff wasn't friendly
