Gorgeous condo with the most beautiful beach view! Excellent communication with the property manager! We enjoyed our time so much! It was Rainy almost the entire week d we were there but the view and house was so beautiful that it almost didn’t matter. We will Definitely be staying here again. It looks exactly like the pictures but even better.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a decent amount of stairs and one of us has knee issues. That wasn’t ideal but really the property was clean and in a great location. We will definitely stay there again!

We couldn’t ask for a better property on our trip to Carlsbad. Everything was clean and as advertised. Enough space for privacy and room to gather for adult couples. The sunset views were amazing from the second floor balcony. Downtown Carlsbad was a 15 minute walk with plenty of shopping and restaurants to satisfy everyone. Alicia was great and the check in/out was fast and easy.

Our family had a wonderful vacation and stay at this property! It’s in a great location to the beach and Carlsbad Village - with an amazing ocean view! The sunsets are just beautiful from the deck. The property is well maintained, clean and just as advertised. We would love to visit Carlsbad and stay at this property again!!

We visit family in Carlsbad twice a year and always rent homes. This home will definitely go on our list of favorites. The location was beautiful. The space was well thought out and very comfortable, and the host clearly cared about us having a good stay.

This was our second time staying at this property and we absolutely loved it. It’s so beautifully decorated and gives you an immediate impression of relaxation. Can’t wait to go back again.

Peaceful get away. We’ll equipped. Property manager very responsive and patient. Small area for improvement might be adding a private bbq on outside deck vs. shared on ground level. The ground level grills did work great however.

Our family spends a week at the beach every summer and this space was beyond our expectations. Every detail is beautifully done, location is perfect with a short walk to Carlsbad Village, and right across the street from the ocean. The owners provide bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and much more. We have definitely found our future summer spot! Everything you need to have a wonderful time with your family.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a month and wished we could stay forever. The home is an easy 15 minute walk to many restaurants and stores. The sandy beaches are just across the street and beach towels and chairs are provided. There's nothing better than falling asleep to the sounds of waves! Alicia is easy to communicate with and very responsive, she even stopped in to welcome us a few days after we arrived. We plan to return here many times in the future.

This place is a gem! Beautifully & comfortably decorated. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants and right across from the beach. Laurie was a absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend for a trip to Carlsbad!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location, beautiful views and awesome upscale property. Communication with Laurie was easy and questions were answered quickly. Looking forward to a return trip to Carlsbad.

Wonderful, easy communication, both before and during our stay. Although just two of us, we took this unit primarily for the view. We had the view and so much more. It is beautiful, would be great also for a bigger group. So many amenities, variety of seating areas, comfortable bed, lovely master bath, very well equipped kitchen. We just made toast, but you could probably have a dinner party here! Of course ocean across the street and great people watching. There is a road running along the front in Carlsbad, the views are unobstructed but there is some traffic of course. About 15 min lovely walk will take you into the center of town. We had some unusually bad weather one day, got caught in a downpour and it was so nice to come back to this comfortable home complete with gas fireplace. A beautiful place to stay in any season.

I am very picky and spend a lot of time in selecting properties to retreat to. This one has it all! Perfect views, close to everything, well maintained and managed and great toys for use!! We loved biking to town and running along the beach. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony staring at the waves and surfers. We will return. We are grateful for owners and managers that care about their clients and go above and beyond to help people have great vacations. Classy and kind! Thank you
