We enjoyed the beach at Polk Street for the calm waters and dolphin views. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. Close to many fun, family friendly attractions and great restaurants. The pool was a drive but a great pool. The property manager responded very quickly to any needs.

Overall, our visit was good. We did have some minor issues with the home to which was reported to the realty company. Mosquitoes were plentiful both in the home and underneath. There were some very nice appliances and fixtures. Repair work was not top quality in the home, however.

I loved the giant bathtub in the master bedroom.

The location is convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I do feel this rental is overpriced. Not visible in the photos is this is a mobile home on a raised foundation. Upon driving up to the property, mind you a storm front was rolling in, and the property lacked a kept-up appearance. One of the windows had a long crack in the outer pane. Over all the property is acceptable cleanliness-wise. The fan and light in the living room didn't work and the maintenance guy couldn't get it to work. We lucked out with bad weather so the fan wasn't needed and side table lights were enough. The wear of this property is not noticeable in the photos but there are a lot of DIY fixes and projects, poorly painted, etc. The stars of the property are the beds and the sofa. Very comfortable and slept well. I like to feel like it received my money's worth and this property I feel is overpriced. The bottom line is I would not book this property again.

Place was great. Clean and had everything we could need. Close to the beach.... And the best part super close to crab shack!

It was a very quick stay. We were here for a wedding. The place was very nice. It was close to beach access. It had an air mattress listed, however we could not find it. It was late so I didn't contact manager. We just made it work.
