This unit has been updated floor to ceiling and done in very good taste. This building is quiet in the off season which was a welcome reprieve from life in Atlanta. Great communication with the owner of the condo and a lovely person. Super clean condo. I had everything I needed to recharge and refresh my brain. Convenient location with Publix across the street along with various shops. The pool deck was closed and is under renovation due to hurricane damage from 2022, therefore, access to the beach was not convenient. Overall, I'd stay there again after the renovations to the building are completed.

This is one of the cleanest most comfortable places I have stayed in Daytona Beach. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the room. The couch and bed are comfortable. The decor is fresh, and the place was spotless. I didn't use the kitchen for anything other than making coffee, toast and instant oatmeal, but everything worked. Yes, it's a bit of a shame that the hurricanes damaged building, however you really don't miss it. The beach is right there, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Parking was not an issue, when I got back late saturday night the lot was full, however there was ample street parking right across A1A. All communication was prompt and polite. Absolutely no issues. I will be back, thank you!

The property was exactly as pictured. The place was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the huge shower was outstanding. The kitchen was enough for simple meals, I cooked several times. The owner, Melodie was an absolute sweetheart to deal with. All the staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about the room! It was clean and comfortable! However the elevator and parking situation was less than ideal,. There was only one operational elevator for our whole stay. People without parking permits taking all the available spots on Friday and Saturday night so we had to park across the street!

We had great time during are stay and we have no complaints about the condo itself. Unfortunately there was no pool no tiki bar no outside use of any kind so that was disappointing. The host were very nice and accommodating however I would def recommend this condo.

This studio was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing anniversary get away. Right on the beach and stores are close by too. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully finished condo just a few minutes drive to Loon Mountain and being a third-floor unit, we had a great view of Loon as well. After skiing, we enjoyed the sports club, which has an indoor pool and hot tub. We went to the ice castles, which was a short drive from our rental. The host was very accommodating, quickly answered any questions we had along with some local recommendations. I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!

The condo is updated but the rest of the Daytona Beach Resort is not. We had trouble checking in as we never received the room code the day of check in and waited close to an hour for the owner to respond, the front desk was no help at all. The condo can use a few amenities like a place to hang your clothes and an ironing board. The pool area was damaged by the hurricane and no indication that it will be repaired in the near future. It served its purpose but I would not stay here again.

My son and I enjoyed our stay in Melodie and Todd’s condo. It is exactly as described in listing. Owner is very quick to reply to any questions/concerns.

We were so happy with our stay!! Everything as pictured and so relaxing!! Great location!!! The bed was super comfortable and one of my favorites was the shower:-)) Loved it and the hand held shower head was amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back 🌴🌴🌴

The inside of the home is exactly as described/pictured. Due to two very recent storms (Ian & Nicole) there is major damage to the pool deck. The owners communicated this immediately and offered a refund, but we wanted to keep our reservation since there is still beach access. We would stay at this property again.

Condo was cute, cozy and well decorated. Unfortunately the property itself had sustained hurricane damage that was unknown to the condo owner. Outdoor pools had no water and the stairs to the beach were damaged so there was no beach access. The pool deck was completely closed. We contacted the owner to ask for a refund so we could find another place to stay that had working pools, hot tub and beach access. The property owner was apologetic and kind. She agreed to a refund and processed right away. It’s a shame that the damage to the property was not communicated to condo owners. We would consider staying here again once repairs are made.

Spotless Clean! Modern furnishings! Great communication with owners. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was not bothering them. We loved the hand held new shower head and large shower and touch screen high tech mirror in bath as well. Bed was very comfortable and not hard like a rock like some places. Everything looks new. It was well equipped. Nice new floors. Great view of the ocean and super nice breeze from room when balcony doors are open. Fridge was spotless and modern. Leather sofa a treat too. Coin laundry was in the building and worked out fine. The microwave is also a convection oven so we had a nice pizza we got at Publix which is just across the street. Wallgreens also right across the street. There is a great seafood place one or two blocks or so away on the same side on the north with great drinks, live music and prices are good. Cannot remember the name but something like Tidelwave or something like that. Place was full each day with locals. We walked to a public beach area just down the road called Andy Romano Beachfront Park. You can BBQ here and they have a water feature if you have kids, which we do not. We loved this property and would give it more than 5 stars as it was perfect for us.

Communication with Melodie the property owner was good from beginning to end of our stay. We came down for 3 nights for a fishing trip and the 1 bedroom studio was perfect for our stay. TV was big, bathroom / shower was very nice and everything was as described. I’d definitely rent again for a short trip to Daytona Beach.

I was very happy with everything except being rushed out by the cleaning guy, he banged on the door very loud, abrasive & impolite. I understand that there is a schedule but we were waiting on a cart & I had put all my stuff in the hall infront of the elevator waiting for a cart & I just thought he could’ve been nicer about it. Other than that everything was great.

Very disappointed. The description of the property was very misleading. We had no closet to put our clothes in and we stayed five days. There was no description of the fact that there was no balcony to sit on. We won’t be going back.

I know the managers are new, but the check in and check out processes were never uploaded onto VRBO. I had to message the host to gain the access code for the door and we weren't left instructions for obtaining passes for the property. Also, there was a cockroach that appeared on our last night. That being said, the room was very clean and it's in a large resort, so the issue is likely within the resort as a whole. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and the bathroom and shower were really clean. The balcony isn't one you can sit on, only standing room, but you can see the ocean and the sunset!

This resort was beautiful. Beach access, 3 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool. Owner was quick with responses and very welcoming. We will definitely be back

The unit was awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in at the property was the worse we ever experienced. Cars parked blocking check in lane, no enough parking once checked in. We were not told about the difficulty of parking (parking garage was closed) and would not have known where to park if we had not overheard a conversation in the lobby. At check in we were treated like second class - no explanation about the security key or parking. Although we did not have the access code from the owner when we checked in, the owner responded quickly when we contacted them.

The property owner is great to get in touch with if any issues occur. The condo was very clean as well as the room. The views from the balcony are amazing. This is definitely a place you come back to every year!

The unit had everything we needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. Our host was great and easy to reach out to when needed. The bed was super comfy and unit was well maintained. Overall a great experience.
