Our stay in Bradenton included nine people ranging from 2 years old to grandparents. Everyone had a great time and there was always something for everyone to do. The pool was a big hit for everyone and the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The location is great with easy access to shopping and to the various beaches. The house is well laid out with plenty of room for everyone. The large back yard was very welcoming and comfortable for the kids to play in. In addition the beach and pool toys were extremely useful and there was a large variety of each for people to use. I would recommend this as a great family getaway home!

Our extended family of 9 enjoyed this property very much. We used the pool, hot tub and outdoor porch frequently. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and along the River Walk in downtown Bradenton.

The only negative comment we have is that the cleaning crew has to improve. There was a dirty diaper under one the bunk beds (most likely is still there) and the rice maker was full of bugs, other than that everything was perfect

This was a beautiful home! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was very responsive to any needs we had.

Ideal house especially suited for grandkids aged 2-21. Friendly owner who responded promptly to the one issue that arose during our stay. House was centrally located to Sarasota and Bradenton beaches as well as other activities and restaurants in the Bradenton area.

All appliances were state of the art and the kitchen was modern and well equipped - everything we needed to have our meals together.

House layout was perfect for our big extended family! Kids loved the pool area, we spent a ton of time just hanging out by the pool. Jenny was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend this property.

This home deserves a definite 5 star rating. This home had everything we needed, including an awesome property owner/manager Jenny. Whatever minor concerns or question we had for Jenny, she was extremely fast and responsive! The home was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were great, and there is lots to do in the area. Great home, great owner/property manager, and great family vacation!

Pictures were exact and the house was spotless. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. I'm not sure we could've found a better vrbo in the area. It's going to be hard to top this vacation home.

A good time was had by all of us. Lots of good family together time & location seemed to be ideal! Close to airport & beaches!

A picture speaks a thousand words.. these pictures did not lie.. perfect place for getaway, short drive to beach with free parking and even better food.. home is all that you might expect and portrayed in photos.. room for everyone.. loved it will do it again when the chance arises.. oh and if you need to contact owner all you have to do is pick up the phone and she will have an answer

Property is very clean and the property manager is very responsive if anything is needed throughout the stay. Despite having a large group we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The outdoor area is exactly what we wanted in a vacation. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Jenny and Kenny's home was amazing! They were such great hosts make sure that they were accommodating to us. We made a request to check in early as our flight got there early, and they were not able to accommodate us and allowed us to check in early. We had 13 guests overall, and all the beds and rooms were big enough to share, which is rare . Their patio with the jaccuzi was our favorite hangout spot. They had a washer and drying and spacious kitchen to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

The house was clean and very well stocked! It was such a pleasant surprise to find dishwasher pacs, toilet paper,(especially during the Coronavirus where toilet paper was at a premium 😀�), paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and so many towels for the pool and showers! We stayed here 2 1/2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The kids loved the pool and having their own "wing" with a bunk room, TV, mini fridge and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The screened patio area was a perfect place to enjoy dinner each night. The kids also spent many hours reading in the hammock chairs and playing shuffle board on the patio. We do not have any babies in our family, but for those that do, the house has a high chair, pack in play, umbrella stroller and more. There are books and games too. Our dog loved napping in the sunshine and we didn't have to worry because both the front and back yards are fenced in. We enjoyed family walks in the surrounding neighborhood and the grocery store is a very short car ride away. (As well as many other stores). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as a crock pot, instant pot, coffee maker and a DeLonghi Espresso and Cappuccino maker. The washer and dryer were great too. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for a great stay!
