the owner disturbed me at 22:20 to collect his fee, I had to get up at 4am, as the place has no reception, just a self check in, they should make sure they don’t disturb the guests when collecting payment. Also, no hot water in the shower, and neither soap nor toothbrush, at the price level that’s unusual.

The staff were super lovely and super helpful, very responsive when msgd and the room was clean

however no toilet paper provided and shower was cold, when asked was told we have to pay extra 2.5 usd, that really should be advertised from the beginning

ac was excellent and the bed was very comfortable

very far from city center, but close to the airport. a little hard to catch transport in the area.

We really enjoyed our time here! The room was really spacious, it has an AC and hot water😍 We could even store our luggage here for the day because we took a night bus, which was really nice. Very kind owner. We would stay here again!

It is a bit far out, which was no problem for us because we rented a scooter, but if you don't have a scooter or car it can be a bit more expensive to get to the city everyday.

Clean room in a super quiet and safe-feeling neighborhood. Great Khmer coffee place for morning coffee steps from the homestay--1/2 block away--for your morning coffee. Bookshelves full of academic titles in the lobby, mostly skewed towards mathematics--someone in the family is studying hard. As a fellow academic, but in the humanities, I appreciate this. Really great budget stay near the airport but away from the the sketchiness and drama of everything near the airport.

Perfect stay for the price.

The price is cheap. It is a big room.

Water pressure too low. No basic needs provided (just toilet paper) Stairs a bit scary. Curtains not fixed.

wifi is not connected. Dogs around here was noisy. No amenities except toilet paper. No warm shower and water pressure was weak.

The room was nice and clean, staff was polite and helpful, guest house is close to the market. They even have laundry washing service which is great

I would be a plus to have sinks in the bathrooms. And some mornings is very noisy because of the monks chanting, sometimes they start at 4 am, which is quite disturbing.
