Paid so much but breakfast was not included. So, we went to the restaurant to have our breakfast. we were told to wait for 1 hour for food. Ridiculous! Most of the facilities mentioned on their website was not available. So, we just walked around and spend some time at the pool . And we spend most of our time in Malacca city Very poorly managed.

The villa - was spacious, pool full of leaves (its an open pool at the villa) and water was overflowing- not suitable for kids and no indication of the depth, activity room (only 2 activities there), Library - was ok. Not worth the money. Swimming pool - nothing special. No staff to monitor etc

The price for breakfast buffet is expensive but didn’t meet my expectations. Very minimal choice of breakfast menu. I felt having breakfast at local restaurants at my house . Even 3 star hotel provides more variety of food with cheaper price. I won’t recommend their breakfast buffet 😤. I pay for the buffet during check in and the staff didn’t update in the system and during the two days when I want to go for breakfast, they ask me wether I paid or not cause the room not included breakfast for two days straight . No even bother to update in the system. During my last day , there was a rat making a hole at the aircond outlet. I contact the staff and he just answered the housekeeping people already go back . I even sent them pictures but there’s no action taken. Totally not worth the money I paid.

the amenities are well maintained, room are clean and spacious

the only cons is because it’s a bit far from town, so you either order dinner at the hotel or you can go outside to find dinner

There we many excursion activities. The private pool.

Some gardening required around the private pool villas. I felt that for the price I paid, some activities should inclusive without charge. Biscuits in the library can change to the kind that kids will love.

This resort is located at the interior of alor gajah.. Quite remote place.. Resort is clean and perfect.. Villa is spacious and admirable.. And welk equiped with iron box and table.. Mini bar.. Hair dryer.. Toiletries.. Everthing as mentioned in website are there and staffs are very friendly.. . Pool is clean.. Library is awesome with complimentary ice cream inside the fridge and even pantry located inside library.. Silent and safe.. Can enjoy with nature a lot there..

Only thing is very limited menu in the restaurant and expensive.. There are no indian restuarants nearby.. If we wanna have indian menu we have to drive a way long of 30 mins....
