Their air conditioner didn’t work well even after having asked to fix it several times. The room temperature was never below 72 degrees!

Original room we had got wasn’t ready still dirty. They gave us a different room which was good, but while we checked the beds there was a can of nicotine under the mattress and a box of condoms that my toddler found in the drawers.

I had a great stay, the pool has adult only hours which is very nice. Staff were friendly but a little distracted at times. Parking was $18 a night as well which I wasn’t aware of before I got there. Overall nice, clean, and safe though. I would stay again.

The hotel is located in downtown Salt Lake with easy access to other activities. Traveling with a dog, the location was close to some walkable areas. Overall, this was a nice stay. The room was clean but had that older carpet smell. I ordered room service and it was quick and tasty.

Expedia charged me for a room that didn’t exist. During the Delta airline crisis I couldn’t get home, I booked thru this site, only to arrive at the hotel to be told there was no rooms available and they had already turned away several people before me. When trying to find another place to stay, several more people came in to be told the exact same thing no rooms. I was told by the hotel I would not be charged because I never actually checked in! You owe me a refund!

No change for laundry.

Orbitz overbooked and there was not a room available for my needs.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms.

The room was very roomy and clean!! The obly thing that wasn't disclosed was that the parkimg was $18 a night per vehicle. Other than that the stay was very comfy, clean and had a convenient area with food!!

I stayed for 10 days, housekeeping never cleaned the tub the whole time we were there. They only vacuumed after 2 days of complaining. And then only once. It took them 2 days to refill the shampoo after asking twice. And housekeeping showed up at 1140 pm to deliver a blanket we asked for at 8 am. And they woke up all four of us. We will never stay there again.

It was a very good stay. I plan my business trips around properties that I know have a restaurant/ lounge area. When I tried to go to the lounge there was a private party keeping other hotel guests out. They only needed half the space so others were kept out until almost 7pm. I survived and had a pleasant experience. Checked out at 5:30 only to not be able to take the elevator to the second floor without a key and then could not get out of the parking lot without a key. I was assisted by a nice night man but this should probably be fixed. Rough start to the day. The room was great, food and beverage and vibe good. Love the remodel. Fix the easy things. I want to come back.

The hotel was very nice and had great amenities. The pool was nice and the food was great. Our room had a few maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary. The worst part was the pet and parking fees. They were not posted on the website so I didn’t know about them until after checking in. And $75 for one night with a pet seemed excessive.

I only gave the staff and service four out of five stars because it’s a shame that there is not a dedicated bartender for the bar area. It was a pain in the butt trying to get any service both times we tried to eat there. It seems like the bartenders didn’t quite know how to make a drink. And it took about 40 minutes to get any food and when we got it, it wasn’t the best quality. Please consider staffing an entire bartender separate from the kitchen because the staff is obviously being stretch pretty thin. Marin at the front desk was outstanding, she told us a lot of local things to do and she was very enthusiastic and very real. Aaron made our welcome into Salt Lake City very good and we actually had some of the food that she recommended. Thank you marin for being a wonderful caretaker for our stay. Also, please fix the ice machines, the one on floor two and the one on floor three were not working so we had to go to different floors and then back down to do anything.

Loved the hotel. Parking situation could be better. Not much available for us pickup drivers. Front desk was super friendly.

I sent my husband and fil down for dinner at 5 when they had to leave one of the rooms was still not ready to be checked in to.

It was great but, the key cards did not work, we were locked out of parking then couldn’t get in the door after trip we couldn’t get gate up to leave parking lot. Oh and key card wouldn’t work on elevator. Rooms were great

No excuses for a line from the check in desk to the door; only 2 people working the front desk; and then at 3:20p our room is not ready even tho it’s a 3p check in. This can all be avoided with online check in ahead of time.
