The showers were dirty when I got in. The reception services was OK when we got in

We really liked the executive lounge, spacious room etc. But check in process service,staff, friendliness and dining options weren't upto our expectations!

The Hilton Vienna Park was an excellent value; great location, beautiful park views, excellent breakfast and great service. Our king room was on the 11th floor overlooking the park and the city and I thought the price was excellent compared to some other hotels I looked at. Very clean and very new also!

The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking to sights as well as to the train. It is a beautiful hotel and exceptionally clean and quiet.

Excellent 5 night stay at Hilton Park Hotel, located few minutes away from shopping centre, markets and most of public transport systems.

The situation of the hotel to the shops and trains was excellent, The hotel was very large and was well maintained, but maybe too large for me. I didn’t find the cleaning of rooms very satisfactory as other hotels I have stayed in! The Restaurant was disjointed, finding food was not a great experience, the food was excellent but way too spread out. The people who worked there were very friendly. We wanted to order food later in the day for our room, again far too many calls had to be made! And the tray was still in the room the following evening! Perhaps a bit more information in the room would have assisted! On the day before we left tea/milk etc. was not available, which wasn’t a great experience to leave on, as even when the room was “tidied, this wasn’t left in the room.

Great hotel and location

We chose Hilton Vienna Park for the location which is within walking distance to major attractions and convenient to the City Airport Train (CAT). Clean, modern hotel, and everything you would expect from a Hilton property.

Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Nice room and bed was comfortable.

Again it is the staff that make the property from checkin to housekeeping to those who work in the lounge they made the stay amazing and it helped that we got an upgrade to the penthouse with out asking

The shower keep rotating making it difficult to take a shower

The only issue we had was our checkin. We had to wait while watching huge groups of guests get their rooms.

I like The location .Right across The wien mitte .Cat ( City AirPort Train ) and U3,4 metro 20 M .😀..Great lobby ,around all kind of food ..Fast elevator ,clean ,modern Room ,comfy bed ,..My only problem with shower , Complicated to turn on and get hot water ..Also slippery Floor for shower ..I will come back again .Thanks

The cleanliness of the hotel was good.and the location of this hotel is very convience to go anywhere.

Nice hotel and very comfortable bed. Not having complementary water in the room seemed a bit cheap. Reception staff friendly but hotel bar staff inattentive. Gave up trying to get a drink after 15 minutes waiting . Very well located hotel

We were on an eastern European trip and visited 4 other countries. This was the. only hotel that didn't. provide. free water bottles. The room accommodations were very good except for the shower. I don't like a hand shower. You can never make it stay where you want. The gym was excellent. My biggest criticismA hotel the size however was the lack of a concierge. It is hard for a local to get inside knowledge of the many cultural and musical options of the city and cultural activities and music are half the reason to visit Vienna. A hotel ofthe size of the Hilton shouldn't be without a concierge.
