It was nice, older room but comfortable. Attentive staff. Breakfast was not bad

This hotel doubles as a quasi long term stay for homeless or rehab individuals. It is being renovated in an unskilled manner, it is unclear whether it is or is not a LaQuinta, it is next door to a cannabis dispensary, and it does not feel like a safe or managed hotel. I would never consider staying here again.

There are people living out of the hotel. Housekeeping moved all of our things out of our room without even a phone call. Some of my jewelery was missing and the manager said “prove it”. People living there hang around the entrance and smoke. Did not feel safe at all.

This was the worst La Quinta I have stayed at, the hotel was in poor quality. The elevator did not work very well, had to walk baggage up and down stairs, the room and hallways smelled like cigarettes.

Terrible, chair was dirty... told them i needed another one, never got back with me... also dogs live in property... regular people LIVE in the hotel... i would have never stayed there if i would have known that...

The view of the ocean from the right room is great. The furniture, however, looks like it's been neglected for a decade. There is quite a bit of noise coming from around the area as well.

This is a fine hotel but the shower was very dirty. For the price, I would expect a clean bathroom.

This is a modest comfortable hotel, in a noisy neighborhood. It is convenient, if you are just passing through.

They did not have the room that I had reserved about three weeks before, instead the gave me a room with just a bed and a filthy couch. the couch was a sofa bed and the mattress was dirty and there were no bed sheets for it. Finally we had to go to the service desk to pick them up. The pillow they gave us it was shaped like a ball and there was no way to make flat.

Property was dirty overall.

This property is middle of no where pretty much. Extreme motor bike racing movie in the night caused hard time to sleep. Spring mattress seems to be old, made a lot noise and it was hard to sleep on. Sofa was dirty and ripped at places. The hotel asked for extra $50 to allows us to check in just an hour early - terrible service. The elevator was down when checked in and had to take stairs carrying luggages. Will not recommend this property.

More clean and update the Jim and paint all the walls properly…

The door is hard to close. The view fro m rm 214, that dirty roof. No readily available toothbrush & paste.

When selecting this property, there was a choice between a room with 2 doubles or a deluxe room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Once we got in the room it was very clear that the beds were doubles and not queens and the way the room was oriented, one bed was directly opposite the couch. So you can't open the couch to use it as a bed. Also, the bed sheets that were in the couch had yellow stains. I spoke to staff and they let me know that they can send maintenance up to see what could be done. I declined because it was late and we just wanted some sleep. It was an overall disappointing stay. The shower curtain rod was broken so when you showered the curtain didn't stay in place and water got everywhere. There was little spots of stains on the sheets. There was dirt behind the door in the bathroom. When we were checking out, I got on the elevator first, my daughter was right behind me. I selected L and right away the elevator doors shut on her and didn't register that there was something in between the doors. It took at least a couple of seconds for the door to open again, but in the meantime the doors had pressed pretty hard on my daughter. She's pretty tough and an athlete but when she said that hurt, I immediately told the front desk. I can't imagine if that was a child or a senior! All in all, the stay was disappointing.

Old facility. Broken elevator. Noisy environment with from unknown pop music until 3: 09 am.

Property overall was fine. Only one elevator working and no sign for the fact the other wasn’t. It's around a pretty loud area (highway, trains, local food truck areas). The shower curtain was partially broken and wouldn't stay closed so a lot of water got on the floor. Additionally, the door wasn’t super tight fitted and allowed a lot of light into the room. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

Had no issues with the hotel staff, they were all kind and helpful. Hotel is under construction and not in a great area. Pool is being demolished and the whole place had a strange smell. Rooms had no wall art and felt bare. Layers of paint on everything and one working elevator. I would not stay again.
