I would definitely stay again! Enjoyed my stay room nice and spacious! Food at the bar and the restaurant was really good!

Please dont book here. This hotel is not only in need of some extensive renovating but some houskeeping tips as well!! There was brown/red stains on my toilet, hair all over the bathroom, there was even a chip left on the floor which cleary all showed signs of the prior guest and poor housekeeping services. Definitely does NOT MEET Hilton standards. Lobbh is beautifully decorated for Christmas but once you get past that...its downhill.

We try to fine this place call and we were put on hold.So we found the place the lady was on phone 15 minutes. I would think the would of hhad a operation answer but that was my only problem. And they didn't have a cart to take yur stuff upstairs

Extremely poor conditions. Very dirty and dated hotel. Pictures were put as downtown hilton when it was not. I will never stay here.

Pros: The water pressure was amazing and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: This hotel is in need of a few upgrades. The television was old, half the sockets in my room didn't work (no USB outlets anywhere), there were clear signs of rust on the appliances, my room smelled of wet carpet, and the front desk staff seemed to be disoriented or unfocused - anything but welcoming. I have attended many conferences and trainings here, so I expected more quality during the stay and was disappointed.

I will begin by saying the staff was lovely! But the quality of this hotel is terrible. Do not be fooled by the beautiful entry/lobby. The room was disgusting. What appeared to be blood stains all over the walls and baseboards along with multiple other stains. The carpet also had big stains. I always left my shoes on due to how sticky the carpet was. The facility was clearly outdated and the worst quality Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

This hotel is in need of renovating! Housekeeping doesn’t do a thorough job of cleaning the rooms. There was a high heel shoe from the previous resident left behind that should’ve been removed by housekeeping beforehand. The bathroom sink need to be upholstered

Outdated for the price, and touch ups needed to make the room feel crisp and clean. Could use some renovations to make the stay more pleasant. Machines also down, so still waiting on my checkout receipt.

I had some issue with the bathroom, Air Conditioner and it took housekeeping all day to come clean my room. They did send maintenence to fix the problem. The air was never fix for my satisfaction. This was my first trip to Mississippi and next time I will try another hotel.

This hotel was very outdated. A lot of my outlets didn’t work. We coming to this location every year and the last two. The ice machine wasn’t working. The community microwave is such an inconvenience. The smell was a bit unpleasant. Last stay here

The hotel is located off of highway 55 getting around was easy. The pool and workout area were decent and the bar had decent drinks.

There is no free Wi-Fi, getting out of the Hilton parking lot is impossible due to heavy traffic in both directions, not that many options for food in the area, and the room was not all the way clean when I checked in. The pillows were small and hard even when stacked up, making it difficult to sleep. No issues with the staff.

Rooms are outdated. Hallways has an odor. Only 1 elevator operable. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very safe and convenient area. Just needs upgrades

The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was clean and welcoming. The walls were thin though, so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you and in the halls.

The cleaning was not good had to request toilet paper and cleaning even after enquiring the staff said I would not.
The bed was hard and not comfortable needs upgrading.

everything was good except had only one elevator working with seven floors we were lucky we were on 2 floor so we used the stairs.
