The receptionist that didn’t know anything. I am pretty sure this young employee was new but her knowledge was so limited. She couldn’t tell us if flatware was in the room or if that was a restaurant across the street ( it was really dark when we arrived) and she charged my relatives room on my card.

Needs better variety of foods. Everyone doesn't eat pork!

The location was perfect. The price wasn’t bad for the location it was in on a holiday weekend, but you get what you pay for.

The bed spread had yellow stains, and there were black marks and hair on a few of the pillows. When I asked for the bed to be changed by calling the front desk the attendant told me I could come down and get new sheets to change it myself. There were no towels at the pool, you had to go to the front desk to ask for one. There was hair inside the tub stuck to the shower curtain. There was mold inside the closet where the AC unit was held in the room. The toilet kept running non-stop. And it would have been great to have a door to the bedroom in the one bedroom suite with the sleeper sofa. I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but there were only enough towels for 2 people. When I asked the front desk for extra towels, they said they didn’t have anymore. The sleeper sofa is barely a full-size, it was more like a twin size so the kids were very uncomfortable! They went down for breakfast Sunday morning at 8 am and there was nothing but cereal, juice, and muffins. I chose the pay at the hotel option, but I used my debit card to secure the room. My husband decided to use his credit card to pay for the room instead. We went to check into the room at about 3:05 pm, but the hotel charged my debit card at exactly 3 pm without me even checking in first. And they are still holding the entire amount of our stay on my debit card even though we’ve checked out and my husband paid with his credit card. Not to mention the had a whole wing closed for mold. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Everytime i ask for clean towels they always said they were out. my room was almost 90 degrees with no air. front desk person wouldn’t even put us in another room or come up and see what we were talking about. not to mention we had to buy a fan just to stay cool
