This is the only hotel i stay at when i come to Mississippi. This stay was horrible. Im still waiting on the manager call

We had a great stay! Stay here every year on our way to FL, the bartender was friendly as always! Dining options in the hotel restaurant were great and breakfast was tasty and well organized! Better than in years past when hot breakfast has to be served.

Breakfast was worth getting out of bed for. The indoor pool was a significant help in the triple-digit weather. We stayed four nights over the July 4th holiday. It was quiet in our room, where the only thing I heard was someone coughing a little as they walked in the hallway. Our closet’s top shelf was dusty, and the door to the closet was off the track but that's the only thing that was a negative. The staff from check in to checkout was excellent. I will be staying here the next time I visit the area.

This review may be biased due to the state of the hotel industry in general, but I expext more. Our stay was one night and was meant to be a break between our drive home from our family vacation. After arriving, there was an issue with their system and we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby before we could check in. The area in the lobby we were sitting was pretty filthy. After we got into our room, we noticed only 3 towels/washcloths which seem to be a common theme among hotel chains. Try to get by with least possible amenities before customers complain. We asked a maid working our floor but she didnt have towels. So had to go to the lobby again and wait around for another 20 mins to get the proper amount of towels to accommodate the known number in our family prearrival. Only 2 small elevators for a fairly large hotel. Went to the pool the next morning an hour and a half after the posted open hours and the lights were off. Told the woman working the front and informed in a vey condescending manner that the pool doesnt open until the maintenance person arrives to clean it and turn on the lights. Also that she didnt know when the maintenance person would arrive, they just arrive when they arrive. In the past few years my family has become spoiled to more spacious, more accommodating, better appointed, and in general more caring individual or company managed Airbnbs or VRBOs, and generally at a cheaper cost per night.

The room seems to be hotter at night and the air conditioning units makes a loud noise.

Everything went great with check in , very pleasant lady helped us. It was very late when we got here and she made us feel very comfortable.

We went to check in around 2:30 and were told we would have to pay a $25 early check in fee. Could not check in until 4:00 pm! We were tired but all three couples were not willing to pay extra after the price paid for the rooms.

The front desk personnel were cordial and professional. The property was neat and clean. The breakfast provided is always superb. The suites are exactly what a family of five need.

We've stayed a few times now but this time it seemed like they were having maintenance issues. The room was very hot. Never got cooled down fully. Also the hotel seems a little run down, like it needs renovation. The bed was not as comfortable either. Breakfast had limited options on the weekend. No waffles, limited omelet menu options. It was kind of meh overall.

Clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Also, I loved the breakfast

This review is for room 416, Embassy Suites, Ridgeland MS from 17 May to 19 May 2024. When we arrived at the room the bathroom smelled of urine. The room had been tidy up but not cleaned. Urine stains were visible on the bathroom floor. We had to clean the floor with the towels available. The next day we left the room around 9:15am and return after 5pm. No housekeeping was done of the room, no fresh towels, bed not made, and the trash bags we put together to make things easier for service was not disposed. Housekeeping is lacking, actually no housekeeping at all. I would rate housekeeping lower that a Budget Inn. BTW: New pillows are needed.

Our stay was amazing. It was only overnight. Our room was not ready when we arrived at check-in, so the lady at the front desk was very nice and very professional. She upgraded our room. The room was very clean. We were very satisfied.
