The parking garage has a relatively low clearance for large sized trucks. I didn't risk entering it (along with a couple of others) and opt to park around the back which was a little inconvenient. The room was as advertised. No smells, spacious, new looking, comfortable. The price charged was commensurate with the room and amenities.

Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast ticket was provided for limited items, and extra items to purchase in their mini market. Parking garage is tight, but SUVs can even fit. Recommend pulling all the way thru parking spots though so you don’t have to reverse to exit.

Place was located in a great area, beds were comfy, everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful which really made the stay great!

Check in was great. Wish I would have been informed that the hotel charges 10.00 to park in garage on site. Someone used my card and charged for some food from the bar that was not me. Other than that hotel was very clean

Cleanliness is ok but housekeeping knocking on the door at 8 o’clock asking for cleaning time. There is no body lotion provided. Area around the hotel is great. It’s walkable to downtown, Main Street and city Hall.

We came for college move in! The staff was wonderful, the facility clean and the parking easy! We really appreciated the lack of stress this hotel offered us!

Specifically chose for outdoor pool. It was great temp and clean. There was an additional outdoor covered area with seating and a tv. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The bed was AWFUL! The person who checked us in was really nice but the person who checked us out had a horrible attitude.

Hotel and staff were wonderful . Spotless. Comfortable. However parking garage was extremely difficult to navigate. Spaces narrow, large posts made turning almost impossible. Not only hard to park, hard to turn vehicles to get out. Can’t imagine if i had a larger than normal vehicle. If they could access nearby lots would really help.

Overall it was clean and everyone was polite. Bed was comfortable. AC was loud. Bar was out of some items.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Hotel seems recently renovated. Nice staff and love the bistro downstairs. Pool was great on hot day.

My oldest daughter and I made reservations a month in advance. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. However, when we arrived we were asked if we would be okay with a king bed. I politely said no as we had booked a room with 2 queen beds. I was then told that there were no more queen suites available because the hotel had overbooked. Now, please explain to me how you can overbook the rooms when I reserved this room a month in advance! If you know that your hotel only has a specific amount of queen suites, then you should only book that amount. My daughter and I arrived at the time of check in, so there was no reason for us not to have our room. We also stood at the desk waiting for 10 minutes to check in while the other hotel clerk was on the phone. She never even acknowledged us. Finally another employee came up and asked if she could help us. On a positive note, the room we were given, though very small, was exceptionally clean and we were offered a free snack from the hotel snack bar for our inconvenience. Would I stay here again, sadly no. Out of the three hotel employees that I made contact with, only one of them was courteous and attentive. I travel quite often and was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The Starbucks breakfast area was innovative, convenient, and very good. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, a very nice experience.

I was delayed in my arrival but the desk staff was efficient and got me checked in without deli.

The Bistro was very handy!
