Good hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super! Friendly and very efficient. Will be returning!

It carries traditions that most hotels have quickly given up with the excuse of the pandemic. It offers extremely well-trained staff that make you feel welcome and well taken care of. It is the best Marriott I have stayed in.

Absolutely the best location to walk around to anywhere or catch a tram right outside. Very nice breakfast, and restaurant.

Rude staff. There was a pool boy by the name Angelo who was extremely rude. Never have we experienced rudeness like that at a reputable hotel. Took us aback and kind of dampened our vacation spirits. The TV was not working and the drain was clogged. But the pool boy was the worst of it all. Otherwise, Vienna is a beautiful city. Just wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The hotel had a lively surrounding . Restaurant inside serves halal menu in high season . Short walk to main Centre. Very convenient.

The front desk staff were impressive - super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful with lots of food options (kitchens closed later which was great for those with jetlag). The location is perfect- walkable to different metro stations and is right in front of Stadtpark, so you could start your mornings with a beautiful walk! However, the downside of my stay was that the pool and gym were closed for maintenance for the majority of my visit. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to using these amenities during my stay. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive due to the exceptional customer service provided by the front desk staff. I would recommend this hotel to others, but would advise checking the status of the pool and gym facilities before booking if those amenities are important to you.

Our stay at the Vienna Marriott was good. Decor in the lobby and hallways are a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was comfortable, a/c was working well, room and bathroom were updated. Location was fantastic, walkable to Stephansplatz with all the plazas and stores. Further walks to Hofburg Palace and Albertina museum. Easy access to public transportation to Wurstelprater Vergnügungspark, our kids loved this place. We would definitely stay again.

I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there.

Overall good

Excellent location. Paid for parking at hotel, but when we attempted to leave the parking garage we had to pay again. Since we were leaving for the airport, we did not have time to dispute.

Great location, overpriced breakfast, good beds but super boring view from the room. The room = not worth the high price.

Check in was slow and unhelpful. Had the impression that guests were a nuisance to the reception desk staff. My room was a good size with a nice bathroom. No aspect as the windows faced onto the roof of the lobby area and a dark internal courtyard. This made the room very dark and gloomy for the entire day. On the plus side it’s in a good location. The staff in the business centre were helpful in printing off my boarding pass after my phone failed.

The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful. I especially enjoyed being right across the street from the City Park, a delightful green oasis in the middle of the city.

The Vienna Marriott hotel is top notch. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the service provided by the serving staff is excellent. The rooms were cleaned when asked. The garden cafe is nice place to lounge and enjoy a drink or cappuccino.

This was our first time in Vienna. We chose the Marriott and were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.😊

One of the most beautiful Hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Outstanding food, beverage and service from top to bottom.

Breakfast was great and good location. Bedroom very hot at night, aircon noisy and not cooling.

Fantastic property. The check in was a breeze. Our breakfast was included and ParkRing has a great breakfast spread. All the major attractions are walkable. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice bar called Cascade with excellent bartender. We spent every evening unwinding after doing touristy things. I would highly recommend this place.

Hotel in nice position close by city center. Good breakfast and gym. Swimming pool too small to swim but ok for kids. Biggest problem was room cleaning and services. We have been out full day 9-18 and, once back, room was not made up (twice in 3 days). When we complained they said is normal to have room reset even after 20. Crazy!

Excellent location in Vienna. Easy walk to most of the major downtown and museum district. Lots of shopping and dining options within a 2-10 minute walk. Easy access to the U Bahn for getting to other part's of the city. Secure parking garage attached to the hotel.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location. Perfect reception and welcome. Beautiful, quiet room. Only spoilt by room never being made up. We returned mid afternoon and the room was not made up. Someone passed by late afternoon but we were having a nap. I asked for the room to be made up on leaving the hotel at 6.30. On returning after midnight, the room was still not made up. The reception in the morning when I told this was also not particularly sympathetic.
