Amazing room right next to pool. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They had a DJ at the bar/pool the night we stayed and it was very entertaining... breakfast buffet was a little pricey...for the cost of stay I felt breakfast should have been included...provided transportation to cruise port for minimal cost..

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The process of shuttling to the port was effortless. Worth every penny. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a pre-cruise hotel with a shuttle to the port.

Moldy shower floor. Mineral deposits on sink by mini fridge. Bed was high at the feet and dipped on one side. Cost way too much for one night to not be able to aleep and bathe comfortably.

This hotel has the KING of hot tubs….it is super convenient for cruising, or for visiting Kennedy Space Center.

It was a great starting point for our cruise vacation. Very clean and comfortable. I only wish they had free breakfast and a little snack area to purchase small things like toiletries, aspirin, drinks, etc.

Overall great! Some minor things- lamp shades were stained, coffee & creamer in the room not so great, air conditioner in the room was noisy, bathroom lights were dim. Like I said, minor things. We definitely needed bigger and more pillows - our opinion only. Staff was AMAZING. My check in girl was AWESOME and VERY helpful. Pool area was OUTSTANDING & DJ kept things lively! Overall a great experience! Would recommend 9/10.

I wasn't happy with my stay i pre paid for my room and when I arrived I had to pay a 50.00 deposit and 12.00 for parking overnight and I was told i would get the 50.00 back but all they gave me was 40.00. I won't be staying there again.

The place was clean, but the people seemed to be there just for a job. There was no extra friendliness or how can I make your stay great. The wi-fi was hit and miss. For the amount I paid I expected a little more.

This is our 2nd stay here and is our go to when we are in this area. These folks are professional and service minded. We were exhausted from our trip in and they graciously let us check in a little early. That meant a lot to us so THANK YOU! The resort is clean and we feel very safe here.

A two night stay thanks to Hurricane Milton. Kate at the front desk was amazing. She upgraded us to a ground floor king room, as well as compliment breakfast. Made check in flawless.
Our waitress Kaitlyn was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. When cruising will stay here again

Our room was not clean. The rug was dirty and there was a used tissue behind the toilet when we came in. The refrigerator did not chill our drinks. The signage was poor, making it difficult to find our room. Our phone did not work.

The room was not clean, the rug was dingy and the sink was clogged . Maintenance was not available and they had to send security in stead to unclogged the sink that was not draining. The restaurant there had decent food !

Food was good from the restaurant on site. The pool area was phenomenal with a nice tiki bar poolside. Loved the hot tub staff is excellent and very helpful. Room was modern and recently updated. Only suggestion would to be eliminate the carpeting in the room and goto vinyl waterproof flooring for those of us with allergies and also much easier to keep clean than carpet.

Excellent choice if cruising. $6 shuttle to ports. Nice pool area with a bar and Dj on weekends. Rooms were clean and AC worked great. Friendly staff as well

The pictures of the hotel were really pretty but when we got there, it wasn't as nice. Our room was okay but a bit run down. Tiki bar outside was supposed to be open until 9:30 but the bartender never came out so we needed to order inside. When the tiki tender did end up coming out he started putting chairs on the bar and cleaning up, 30 minutes plus before it was supposed to close. And, there were plenty of patrons around. Also, the pool and hot tub closed at 10:00. Way too early in my opinion, especially in the summer. There also needs to be a continental breakfast. Not everyone wants a restaurant quality full buffet every morning for a steep cost. No free coffee either, we had to walk to McDonalds each morning or buy a small coffee from the on-site restaurant for nearly $4.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. The rooms were old and in disrepair, the carpet was stained. It was very loud and the guests were extremely rowdy. There was music blasting from a DJ at the pool until 930 pm on a sunday night. I called the front desk twice to complain before anything was done. I will say that the staff at the front desk when we checked in were very nice and helpful. However we will not be staying here again.

Nice resort with a great pool and DJ! I appreciated that the business center was available to print luggage tags. There were restaurants, gas stations and a Surf Style all within walking distance. We walked to the beach to watch the cruise ships sail away.
